Great apartment in the central area literally within walking distance of the sea and all the clubs. You can do without the car, even if in the back there is a convenient private parking lot with a gate. The house is clean, essential and with everything you need. My parents had a great time. Very kind and always present host.

The place is exactly as described. Amazing location on the sea front and near the city centre. There is a really nice view to the Adriatic sea from the flat. Linda was very responsive during our stay. we definitely recommend the place

We had a pleasant stay at Teresa's ☺️ The apartment is conveniently located, a few meters from the promenade and the waterfront, and about 1/2 hour walk to the beautiful little port and all its restaurants. All amenities are there, the bedding is good. Teresa is very responsive and even remotely, we found a solution for our somewhat late arrival. There is a concierge and the guards are very nice and discreet. There is a bike rental shop downstairs from the building and a huge parking lot where there is always room; it is paid for most of the time but we were lucky that our parking is free for the time of our vacation. We loved our few days there! Cervia is a good seaside town and Teresa is very accommodating! We highly recommend it!

The apartment is very nice, clean and functional with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. Very peaceful location but still served. Absolutely recommended!

The apartment is conveniently located because it's close to everything ( restaurant, beach...) but very quiet. The staff of the residence are welcoming, friendly and available to help. You have the option to borrow a bike for your short trips. The apartment is very clean and the towels were even changed twice during our 10-day stay. If we go back to Cesenatico, we're definitely staying here!

Marco greeted us with a bottle of wine and a bottle of fabulous oil! We were impressed by the excellent basic assortment of the house: detergents for cleaning the house and for the washing machine, coffee, salt, oil, breakfast cookies... products that are usually not included, in addition to the fresh water in the refrigerator... these are the details that make a difference! We had a great time, comfortable services and sea, many tips provided by Marco on restaurants and shops in the area and of course as a great plus the parking space. We recommend Marco's apartment and hope to come back again next year!

We were very satisfied with the apartment and especially the location of the apartment. 5 minutes from the beach, free parking nearby, otherwise few minutes away parking for 2 euros a day. The apartment is located to the main street with great food options, but still a little private because it is located in a kind of backyard. Alessandro was easily accessible and was able to give good recommendations, check in and check out totally easy with code. Everything you need for your vacation. The only thing to note is that the Wi-Fi signal is weak because you share it and you can't operate several household appliances at the same time (e.g. washing machine and stove).

We felt very comfortable in Monika and Christoph's beautiful apartment! Decorated with love, lots of space and extremely clean! Super location right next to the beautiful old town and a free parking space. Communication was perfect, Monika and Christoph always available and extremely friendly. My fiancé & I traveled to Cervia for holiday and felt right at home in Davide’s rental. The kitchen was well equipped to cook as we desired and the privacy shutters were quite pleasant to keep light out if we wanted. Being close to restaurants, the beaches, and shops made going out easy and fun. We loved the simplicity, design & decor inside and would stay again if we decided to return.

First time on Airbnb, 2 wonderful weeks thanks to Gianni's place, a very kind and super helpful person. Great location, we never touched the cars that were comfortably parked inside. Spacious house very well equipped. Great place for anyone, we had a great time with grandparents and three girls!

I booked this stay for my parents and they had a great time at Chiara's place. The host was always ready and communicative, the house was as described. The location makes it quiet but at the same time the sea can be reached on foot in 5 minutes on foot. The proximity to the center of Cesenatico and the canal port is also reasonable for walking. I found the car to be in a gated, secured inner courtyard under the porch. There is an elevator. Kitchen equipped with all tools, new bathroom, comfortable rooms and with terraces. I highly recommend Chiara's apartment.

This place is comfortable, clean and tidy. Communication with the host was good and clear. The only downside is there is nothing going on in the entire town when it’s off season. We felt like we were the only people in the entire village. However, I would recommend this place to anyone who’s just looking for a place to sleep and go out of town during the day.

We spontaneously traveled to Italy for 10 days and found this incredible place to stay. We are a family with a 1-year-old son and the accommodation, the beach, the surroundings were just perfect for our vacation. We were received personally and super friendly directly in the morning upon arrival. The apartment was better than we ever dreamed of. Thanks to Mauro for giving us an unforgettable vacation. We will be happy to come back.

Excellent accommodation. In a private and quiet neighborhood. Private parking for one car but numerous parking spots nearby. Easy access to the sea on foot and close to the center and restaurants. Michelangelo is a very friendly and responsive person. It's a pleasure communicating with him. If I had to find a small defect I would say that there was a lack of equipment in the kitchen such as basic necessities (pepper, oil, etc.) and some dishes for 6 people (cups, wine glasses). For the rest, no complaints. Recommended

Our stay was great. The apartment is located under pine trees and it was quiet. The apartment was clean, has everything you need and is very cozy. We enjoyed the terrace and pull-out sofa. The landlady was very friendly and welcomed us very spontaneously. We were, very pleased and would come back.

The apartment is very roomy, clean and just a stone thrown away from the beach. A small stain is the bathroom, a slightly small shower cabin but for the holiday season you can arrange. The bedrooms are very spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen includes everything to cook for yourself. The handover of the apartment by Roberta's father was very simple, very nice person and you felt immediately at home and welcome. There is a private parking space in the complex. The unit is kept very clean. The apartment is just a stone's throw away from the beach and very easy to reach. We can recommend the apartment in good conscience In the nearby area there are very good restaurants and piadina bars (Piadineria del Boschetto, restaurant Levante). The Bagno Thaiti is also highly recommended, whether the kitchen, beach or owner is just perfect. If you are in the mood for a good gelato, you just have to cross the street.
