Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Province of Livorno

Abbiamo soggiornato (4 adulti, 3 bambini e 1 neonato) l' ultima settimana di agosto presso la casa di Angela e Marco. Fin da subito ci hanno accolto con il sorriso e i loro fantastici cani che i nostri figli hanno coccolato e adorato. Sono dei proprietari attenti e premurosi e ci hanno saputo consigliare in maniera impeccabile su spiagge, ristoranti, supermercati...Si sono dimostrati molto pazienti con i nostri figli nonostante la vivacità dei più piccoli. Simone ringrazia Marco per l' indimenticabile esperienza in mountain bike. La casa è spaziosa, pulitissima, profumata, ben suddivisa, in ottima posizione e dotata di ogni comfort anche per famiglie con neonati come nel nostro caso (sono presenti vaschetta per bagnetto, lettino, mangia pannolini, seggiolone). L' area barbecue e piscina, a disposizione degli ospiti, sono un plus che rendono questa casa perfetta. Un caro saluto anche a nonna Lorena. Vi aspettiamo in quel di Stablei.😉 Arrivederci, a presto! Adriane era molto gentile e era una casa bellissima, il tempo era brutto il fine settimana quando siamo stati qui, quindi dovremmo ritornare di nuovo!

There aren't enough stars to rate Casa del Capitano this was our second stay and we live in the state of Washington USA, it's a bit of a jaunt to get there but it is sooooo worth it!!!! It's not just a place to stay, it's an experience of a lifetime. Michael and Andrea have taken on an unimaginable task of turning this spot into something magical, truly there are not enough words to describe it. The view, the interior, the comfort, the added touches are extraordinary, the sauna, the spa, are beyond perfect and did I mention the view....absolutely breathtaking!!!! The town with the most charming restaurants is the best, we planned our 4 week trip so that we ended with Elba, Monte Grosso and its incredible hosts, it was hard to leave but God willing we will return someday soon...xo D&D

Beautiful accommodation. Wonderful views. Easy to get to from Pisa airport by car (there is a dedicated parking spot at the property). We were a party of 4 (mum, dad and two teenagers). There was plenty of space for all of us and having two showers/W.C's made it easy for everyone to get ready in the morning. Didn't use the pool because we visited early in the year but it looks great. We visited Pisa, San Gimignano, Volterra and Livorno by car. There are multiple supermarkets and restaurants close by the property. Il Tino da Roberta and Pizzeria Da Carlo were probably the best for us as a family. Everyone enjoyed them. We really enjoyed our visit here.

We had a wonderful stay at Andrea’s place. The house was big enough for 6 people and had all the amenities. We enjoyed the pool area and hot tub. The view from the terrace is breath taking. Andrea was very friendly and helpful host. He brought delicious croissants for us in the morning of check-out. Thank you very much, Andrea!

È stato un soggiorno magnifico non ci aspettavamo un capodanno così bello … una vista spettacolare … In casa era tutto perfetto e la Jacuzzi il suo punto forte .. nient’altro da dire sarei più contenta se me la vendessero haha

L’alloggio di Stefania è una vera chicca. Immerso nel bosco, un’oasi di pace e tranquillità. È stata la nostra prima vacanza in 3, con il nostro bimbo di 5 mesi, e non potevamo scegliere location migliore. Stefania è stata molto disponibile ed accogliente. Ci ha portato la cena a domicilio, un servizio impeccabile. Grazie ancora!

We are a group of 10 friends and had an amazing time at Chateau la Siroque. Francesco was a very nice host, when we arrived we were welcomed with home baked pie and a bottle of wine from the vineyard around the Castle. The view is breathtaking and the whole setting of the villa in the Tuscan hills is just beautiful. The pool is also very nice, and the house very well-equipped. I fully recommend a stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in the house. It was exactly what we were looking for. A charming place equipped like a home with everything you need - even an EV charger. The house keeper was very helpful and responded promptly to all our questions. We would be happy to come back another time.

Das war rundum gelungen! Sehr nette Vorab-Kommunikation mit Michele, dann sehr nette Übergabe durch Friedhelm. Das Haus hat uns spontan begeistert und das hat über die gesamte Zeit angehalten. Toll ist der Panoramablick von der riesigen Terrasse. Je nach Wunsch nach Sonne oder Schatten durch die große Kiefer gibt es ganztags immer den richtigen Platz. Und sollte es mal regnen, so hat man auch vom Eßtisch oder vom Sofa durch die bis zum Boden reichenden Fenster einen tollen Blick. Die Küche ist modern und sehr umfassend ausgestattet. Man merkt insgesamt an der Qualität der Einrichtung, dass die Eigentümer hier selbst auch immer wieder für längere Zeiten wohnen. Dank guter Heizung sicher auch ein guter Tipp für Wintermonate. Die Lage zum Ort Capoliveri ist auch vorzüglich. Einerseits ist der sehr abwechslungsreiche Ort in 15 bis 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, andererseits liegt das Haus selbst sehr ruhig. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt!

The place was amazing! Beautiful gardens and interior. We had everything we needed and the host was very responsive whenever we wrote to him. The house looks great, there’s one bedroom with a private bathroom on the first level with the livingroom both having access to the gardens. A floor down there’s the kitchen that has all the needed amenities. Up a floor from the living room there are 3 more bedrooms with 2 bathrooms accesibile from the hallway. All of them were clean and accommodating. There’s a restaurant close by with great food (walkable distance) and a supermarket in the next town over (reachable by car in just a few minutes). All in all, Andrea’s accommodation was everything we needed and more to experience Tuscany.

Emanuela and Peppe are really great hosts and kind people, they gave us a lot of useful recommendations and we enjoyed our stay a lot. The apartment was clean and good equipped. It was also ideal for our dog, who had access to the garden and was allowed to run there freely. The location has awesome view and is very central of the island.

Die Villa Mimosa ist ein wundervolles toskanisches Landhaus, dass keine Wünsche offen lässt. Simone und seine Familie pflegen das Haus und das traumhafte Grundstück mit viel Hingabe und Liebe zum Detail. Wir waren eine altergemischte Gruppe, die eine zauberhafte Woche in dem Haus verbracht hat und wirklich jeder hat sich ganz besonders wohl gefühlt. Da wir viel gekocht haben, waren insbesondere die auch für größere Gruppen perfekt ausgestattete Küche und die Möglichkeiten zu Grillen oder den tollen Pizzaofen zu nutzen, besondere Highlights. Die tolle Außenanlage lädt dazu ein, die toskanische Sonne zu genießen.Simone ist ein toller Host, der sich weit über das erwartbare Maß hinaus kümmert! Dafür ein dickes Dankeschön. Alles in allem eine perfekte Woche!

The place was one of a kind. The views were gorgeous. The house was also very comfortable and felt bigger than in the pictures. Unfortunately we didn’t get the opportunity to arrange the tour due to the planning but overall it was a very great value. The road to the house however is quite steep and narrow, but that was not a problem for us.

We loved our stay at Sabrina’s. The apartment has wraparound patios that offer shade and a breeze, even on the hottest days. We loved being able to walk to the beach and fantastic meals at Il Faro. Sabrina gave so many excellent recommendations and I have never had such easy communication as we did using the group chat feature she sets up for each guest. I highly recommend this apartment and host for anyone looking for a restful, comfortable accommodation.
