Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Province of Livorno

We stayed at Nicoletta’s abode for 4 days. She was a lovely host that gave us a homemade bottle of wine when we first arrived. She also recommended lots of places for us to visit and that was really helpful. There’s also a super adorable and friendly dog Mia that made our stay so much more memorable. As we had been travelling for a week before this, we were running out of clean clothes and Nicoletta very kindly helped us with the laundry. Lastly, the view atmosphere and environment of where the house is situated, in my opinion, was absolutely perfect. If we are ever back in Tuscany, we will definitely stay here again. Very friendly hosts, they met us on a road and accomanied to their place. You can park your car right by the home in the gated area. They have gorgeous and modern home with 2 levels. All furniture, appliances and staff are new. Very comfortable beds and a sofa. You will have a big terrace where you can enjoy a dinner with fabulous sunset. I would highly recommend that place especially for families with kids.

There aren't enough stars to rate Casa del Capitano this was our second stay and we live in the state of Washington USA, it's a bit of a jaunt to get there but it is sooooo worth it!!!! It's not just a place to stay, it's an experience of a lifetime. Michael and Andrea have taken on an unimaginable task of turning this spot into something magical, truly there are not enough words to describe it. The view, the interior, the comfort, the added touches are extraordinary, the sauna, the spa, are beyond perfect and did I mention the view....absolutely breathtaking!!!! The town with the most charming restaurants is the best, we planned our 4 week trip so that we ended with Elba, Monte Grosso and its incredible hosts, it was hard to leave but God willing we will return someday soon...xo D&D

Beautiful accommodation. Wonderful views. Easy to get to from Pisa airport by car (there is a dedicated parking spot at the property). We were a party of 4 (mum, dad and two teenagers). There was plenty of space for all of us and having two showers/W.C's made it easy for everyone to get ready in the morning. Didn't use the pool because we visited early in the year but it looks great. We visited Pisa, San Gimignano, Volterra and Livorno by car. There are multiple supermarkets and restaurants close by the property. Il Tino da Roberta and Pizzeria Da Carlo were probably the best for us as a family. Everyone enjoyed them. We really enjoyed our visit here.

We had a wonderful stay at Andrea’s place. The house was big enough for 6 people and had all the amenities. We enjoyed the pool area and hot tub. The view from the terrace is breath taking. Andrea was very friendly and helpful host. He brought delicious croissants for us in the morning of check-out. Thank you very much, Andrea!

It was a magnificent stay we didn't expect such a beautiful New Year's Eve... spectacular view... Everything was perfect in the house and the Jacuzzi was its strong point... nothingelse I would say I would be happier if they sold it to me haha

Stefania's place is a real treat. Immersed in the woods, an oasis of peace and tranquility. It was our first vacation in 3, with our 5 month old, and we couldn't choose a better location. Stefania was very helpful and welcoming. She brought us dinner home, an impeccable service. Thank you again!

We are a group of 10 friends and had an amazing time at Chateau la Siroque. Francesco was a very nice host, when we arrived we were welcomed with home baked pie and a bottle of wine from the vineyard around the Castle. The view is breathtaking and the whole setting of the villa in the Tuscan hills is just beautiful. The pool is also very nice, and the house very well-equipped. I fully recommend a stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in the house. It was exactly what we were looking for. A charming place equipped like a home with everything you need - even an EV charger. The house keeper was very helpful and responded promptly to all our questions. We would be happy to come back another time.

It was completely successful! Very nice advance communication with Michele, then very nice handover by Friedhelm. We loved the house spontaneously and it stopped all the time. Great is the panoramic view from the huge terrace. Depending on the request for sun or shade through the large pine trees, there is always the right place all day. And if it rains, you also have a great view from the dining table or from the sofa through the windows reaching to the floor. Kitchen is modern and very fully equipped. Overall, you can tell from the quality of the furnishings that the owners themselves are always living here for longer periods of time. Thanks to good heating, it's also a good tip for winter months. The location to Capoliveri is also excellent. On the one hand, the very varied place can be reached in 15 to 20 minutes on foot, on the other hand, the house itself is very quiet. We felt very comfortable.

The place was amazing! Beautiful gardens and interior. We had everything we needed and the host was very responsive whenever we wrote to him. The house looks great, there’s one bedroom with a private bathroom on the first level with the livingroom both having access to the gardens. A floor down there’s the kitchen that has all the needed amenities. Up a floor from the living room there are 3 more bedrooms with 2 bathrooms accesibile from the hallway. All of them were clean and accommodating. There’s a restaurant close by with great food (walkable distance) and a supermarket in the next town over (reachable by car in just a few minutes). All in all, Andrea’s accommodation was everything we needed and more to experience Tuscany.

Incredible stay at an amazing villa - the attention of detail on interior, the beautiful surroundings and extremely friendly host made our stay incredible. Recommend to anyone wanting to experience a true Tuscan dream!

Emanuela and Peppe are really great hosts and kind people, they gave us a lot of useful recommendations and we enjoyed our stay a lot. The apartment was clean and good equipped. It was also ideal for our dog, who had access to the garden and was allowed to run there freely. The location has awesome view and is very central of the island.

Villa Mimosa is a wonderful Tuscan country house that leaves nothing to be desired. Simone and his family maintain the house and the fantastic property with a lot of love and attention to detail. We were an age-mixed group who spent a magical week in the house and really everyone felt very comfortable. Since we cooked a lot, especially the kitchen perfectly equipped for larger groups and the possibilities for grilling or using the great pizza oven were special highlights. The great outdoor area invites you to enjoy the Tuscan sun.Simone is a great host who cares far beyond the expected level! Thank you for that. All in all a perfect week!
