The location is unbeatable. Merely one street from the sea, and surrounded by excellent food and great sights, this is a wonderful place to stay during your time in Livorno. The room and bathroom were clean and the building felt very safe. Communication was excellent and Dalila was very helpful when I had unexpected changes in travel plans. I would absolutely stay here again!

Casale Magnifico, immersed in Tuscan greenery. Francesca unfortunately we didn't get to meet her since she was outside but we met her colleague ninetta....MAGNIFICENT and AVAILABLE. We used the wood-burning fireplace provided by the property, used the kitchen and enjoyed a breathtaking view. From the farmhouse you can easily reach volterra and San gimignano two pearls to see. We'll be back.

I spent a few days on the island with my partner and luckily I found this B&B! Barbara and her husband were nothing short of fabulous! Very nice and welcoming! The property is located practically near the port, so convenient even for those who do not have a car and close to all services. Our room was lovely, very well maintained and very clean. Breakfast is varied and assorted, even with homemade products. We found our reference point on the island and hope to be able to return as soon as possible! Best regards, Pamela and Lorenzo

Great stay! Very kind and helpful host. Impeccable apartment, even nicer live. The residence offers many amenities, large and very clean pool. Clear directions with great local tips. Definitely a great destination for families but more! We'll be back! We'll be back.

Excellent accommodation only with 3 beautiful bedrooms and a beautiful bathroom. Very clear instructions and easy to get to and park. Clean with beautiful salt pool shared with the neighborhood. The bedding is perfect. We couldn't connect to the wifi but we didn't mind. There is a hot and cold water dispenser for very convenient drinks. A small coffee machine would be missing. It was not disturbing as there is a cafe next door but closed on Sundays. I would not hesitate to come back because it's really nice and original! Very friendly hosts

We had a great time and rested , we were treated very kindly, very well organized and clean and has a mini bar !!! We found the treatment of the staff spectacular and I appreciate the treatment received. We will be back soon !

This is a great place to stay - the view is absolutely gorgeous and the apartment we had was very spacious and beautiful. The free and unlimited use of the indoor jacuzzi and pool (way warmer than we expected!) was a great and very nice surprise. Definitely would recommend.

Super nice big apartment with huge balcony and cozy common areas. The beds were also good and there was a good selection in the fridge. However, we came on a Tuesday out of season, so almost everything was closed in town, but imagine it's full of life in the summer

The location was great and the staff gives great customer service. The hotel room is spacious enough for a family of 5 and they uphold a standard of cleanliness. I highly recommend.
