In 5 minutes you will be by the sea for wonderful walks. Close to the largest covered market in Italy and the beautiful Mascagni terrace. The master bedroom overlooks the gardens,it's very quiet. Two seats in a bunk bed, mezzanine for relaxing-yoga. We are at your disposal for any needs.

The tower was already marked as Torre di Poggio on maps of the 16th century and converted into a customs office for the merchandise of lake in the 18th century. In 2023, the tower was remodeled by an interior designer. The result is a synergy of ancient remains and modern comforts. The unique location just above the water makes every stay an experience.
