Our villa is located at the entrance of Chianni (Pisa) and was built in 2023 using original, natural materials such as brick, natural stone, and wood. Three stylish studios were created (one of which is for my private use with my two dogs), along with modern amenities and a pool. Each studio features a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, and a living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped open kitchen, as well as a cozy living and dining area, making both studios ideal for longer stays.

Villa La Gemma, il massimo comfort in una location unica nel suo genere! Disposta su tre piani con piscina privata. Ingresso privato con parcheggio e area giochi. Ben 5 camere con bagno privato e in una delle camere piccolo balcone con tavolino per degustare la colazione alle luci dell'alba. Al piano terra cucina, salotto e un'ampia terrazza con arredi da esterno. Scendendo le scale ,una seconda cucina e ampio salone con camino. Affaccio diretto sulla piscina a sfioro e panorama mozzafiato.

Il Portichetto: Casetta per 2

Il Portichetto è un rilassante OpenSpace di 37 mq al pian terreno di una Bifamiliare immersa nel verde, composto da letto matrimoniale, ampio bagno, angolo cottura con lavello, piano a induzione e frigorifero, Smart TV 32", tavolo pranzo/lavoro con wi-fi. Si affaccia su un portico con piante e poltroncine. Percorrendo il vialetto di accesso comune, si trovano 3 gradini e si accede al portico, dove si entra nel monolocale. Il parcheggio è gratuito in strada, a 50 mt in una strada chiusa.

La Guardiola - Capo Perla

La Guardiola, in tempi passati, era posta a difesa dell’ingresso a Porto Azzurro dal mare. Aveva due caratteristiche fondamentali: una vista estesa e dominante e l’accesso immediato al mare. La vista di rara bellezza, il mare che pervade ogni ambiente, la pace ed i profumi della macchia mediterranea, fanno di questo luogo un posto magico. Attualmente la struttura, di proprietà della nostra famiglia dal 1994, é una villa indipendente di 130 mq, circondata da un parco di oltre 1.000.

I Sassi di Wally: country, art & sea!

At the end of a very typical Tuscan hills’ dirt road lined with cypress trees, I Sassi di Wally is a nice stone cottage with a turret. Once it was the agricultural annex of an 18th-century farmhouse, which has been now restored. The house, which was internally renovated in July 2022, is detached with a private, fenced garden, a working area, an internal parking and an 'under the stars' hot tub. Animals are welcome. The ideal location for a relaxing break from the daily routine.

Independent villa surrounded by lush greenery, with private access to the sea. Spread over two levels, the ground floor features a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and a spacious lounge with fireplace. Upstairs, the sleeping area includes four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The villa was fully renovated in 2022, including most of the furnishings. The property has a private entrance with an automatic gate and offers parking for up to five cars.

Das Haus befindet sich im antiken Stadtteil,. Kino- Set fuer die Folgen der ‚Delikte des Barlume‘ gedreht, eine italienische Krimiserie die im Herzen der Toskana spielt. Die Designer-Wohnung mit sehr hohen Decken wurde 2023 als Loft komplett restauriert und komfortabel ausgestattet.
