Villa Sottosopra - Il Limone

Our villa is located at the entrance of Chianni (Pisa) and was built in 2023 using original, natural materials such as brick, natural stone, and wood. Three stylish studios were created (one of which is for my private use with my two dogs), along with modern amenities and a pool. Each studio features a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, and a living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped open kitchen, as well as a cozy living and dining area, making both studios ideal for longer stays.

Villa La Gemma

Villa La Gemma, il massimo comfort in una location unica nel suo genere! Disposta su tre piani con piscina privata. Ingresso privato con parcheggio e area giochi. Ben 5 camere con bagno privato e in una delle camere piccolo balcone con tavolino per degustare la colazione alle luci dell'alba. Al piano terra cucina, salotto e un'ampia terrazza con arredi da esterno. Scendendo le scale ,una seconda cucina e ampio salone con camino. Affaccio diretto sulla piscina a sfioro e panorama mozzafiato.

La Guardiola - Capo Perla

La Guardiola, in tempi passati, era posta a difesa dell’ingresso a Porto Azzurro dal mare. Aveva due caratteristiche fondamentali: una vista estesa e dominante e l’accesso immediato al mare. La vista di rara bellezza, il mare che pervade ogni ambiente, la pace ed i profumi della macchia mediterranea, fanno di questo luogo un posto magico. Attualmente la struttura, di proprietà della nostra famiglia dal 1994, é una villa indipendente di 130 mq, circondata da un parco di oltre 1.000.

I Sassi di Wally: country, art & sea!

At the end of a very typical Tuscan hills’ dirt road lined with cypress trees, I Sassi di Wally is a nice stone cottage with a turret. Once it was the agricultural annex of an 18th-century farmhouse, which has been now restored. The house, which was internally renovated in July 2022, is detached with a private, fenced garden, a working area, an internal parking and an 'under the stars' hot tub. Animals are welcome. The ideal location for a relaxing break from the daily routine.

Casa Conte Martini

Casa Conte Martini is a unique house which convinces with a large terrace and a breathtaking view of the Tuscan hills. You can relax in the hot tub and take in the view or go for a swim in the swimming pool which is located in the communal garden below. The house gives a lot of privacy and yet is part of a historical palazzo, which is located in the centre of Palaia, a lively medieval Tuscan village with a bar, a pub, 5 restaurants and 3 grocery shops all in walking distance.

Spazioso appartamento in piccolo condominio: la zona è centrale e molto silenziosa. Gli ampi spazi interni e il giardino esclusivo rendono l'alloggio confortevole e tranquillo. La casa è particolarmente adatta per le famiglie, potendo disporre di tre camere e doppi servizi. La zona giorno è composta da sala doppia, cucina abitabile, cucinotto e un affascinante giardino d'inverno. La disponibilità del posto auto consente di essere in centro senza avere problemi di sosta.

Es ist ein Juwel: im alten Stil belassen, geschmackvoll renoviert und ausgestattet mit einer Mischung aus modernen und antiken Einrichtungsgegenständen. Die Lage ist einmalig mit seinem Blick auf die weite toskanische Hügellandschaft mit unserem Dorf in Gehweite. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich auf einem biologisch geführten Anwesen. Erholung im Einklang mit der Natur sind Ihnen garantiert.

Casa Cotone

Das 40 m² große Apartment direkt über dem Meer befindet sich in ruhiger Lage, nur 70 m von der Strandpromenade von Marciana Marina entfernt und wenige Meter zu den Stränden des Ortes. Das Haus befindet sich im antiken Stadtteil,. Kino- Set fuer die Folgen der ‚Delikte des Barlume‘ gedreht, eine italienische Krimiserie die im Herzen der Toskana spielt. Die Designer-Wohnung mit sehr hohen Decken wurde 2023 als Loft komplett restauriert und komfortabel ausgestattet.
