Small but nice

Small studio in the attic of our house. With cooking corner, small balcony and bathroom with shower and toilet. Ideal for guests who are passing through, hikers and skiers who are on the road all day anyway, want to cook a little something in the evening and want to end the evening comfortably. You can prepare a delicious meal in the kitchen, but no three-course menu, as it only has two hotplates and no oven, but a microwave is available. If you want a lot of space, our room is certainly the wrong one.

Apartment "Granit" (110m²) for 4-7 people extends over 2 floors. On the ground floor there is the open, fully equipped kitchen with bar, large dining table and the cozy living room. From here you go to the shaded terrace with barbecue facilities. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor. On the upper floor, where there are 2 bedrooms (double or triple room) with a balcony and a bathroom, there is also the 2nd bathroom. Free parking directly at the property. Dogs are welcome (extra charge)

The apartment is on the second floor of a detached house. The house is idyllically located, away from the village on the Glitterberg (1250 meters above sea level) in a very sunny location with a beautiful view of the mountains. The village center is a 10-minute drive away. The See ski resort can be reached in 10 minutes and Ischgl in 25 minutes by car. The apartment is particularly suitable for nature-loving people looking for peace and quiet. Dogs are allowed. Parking space available.

The apartment is located in a very sunny & quiet location in Birkach, about 3 km from the center of Pfunds and offers a great view of the upper Inn Valley. The gastronomy and shops are about 5 minutes by car, on foot in about 20 minutes. The large windows illuminate the premises and offer a pleasant atmosphere. The nearby summer & winter sports regions of Schöneben (I), Samnaun (CH), Nauders, Serfaus, Fiss-Ladis are a few minutes' drive by car/ski bus!
