Beautiful dpto for up to four people. Very spacious, organized, with everything you need for the tourist. The building has amenities available to all who stay in it, such as pool, gym, game room, green spaces. A short walk from the beach and the Mall. No need to move the car. The area is safe, and at night very quiet, despite being in a commercial area of Viña. Excellent option to stay who looking to enjoy the beach, the sea and shopping in the most important shops in Chile. Fernanda, the host, always attentive to any inquiries, responding very quickly through email.

Best of the best.. Excellent location, the apartment is impeccable. We didn't know it had beach accessories (umbrella, paddle ball) and we came re well! Rosita all the time predisposed and helpful. Love! 10 out of 10 everything. THANK YOU!

Beautiful, spacious and comfortable depto. I had a theft problem from my wallet and I had to go and report to the IDP so when I asked them to withdraw a while after the scheduled check-out, they allowed me to stay a few more hours until I returned from the procedure. Really very kind and helpful.

This is a lovely one bed apartmentnwith a superb view. We spent most of our one-month stay in the balcony looking at the passes-by and beach activities at Las Conchitas beach. The team of consierges was helpful and friendly and the apartment is located a short walk from all grocerie stores, bakeries, drugstorrs, etc. Fully recomme ded.

The apartment is excellent in location and is as shown in the listing and well equipped. Quiet sector with nice views and close to the beach. The information provided by Belén was timely to get to the accommodation. A very good experience! We had a great time!!

Exquisite beachfront place with rich restaurants around. We loved the house above all the paintings and decoration. We went with our 1.6 year old guaguas and everything was perfect.

We are happy to have stayed in Sara's cabin, it has everything you need, it has very nice view and is very well located, Sara was very flexible with check-out, that is too good! We will definitely be back

Excellent cabin with unrivaled views. Comfortable rooms and bathrooms with everything you need for family vacations. You have to climb a lot of stairs and the terrace is high, so be careful if they go with children. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Sandra, she is a super host, she owns a wonderful, spacious house, has everything (equipment, utensils, etc.) what is required to have a full stay. A prime location on the sea, at sunset…, close to everything. Great terrace ideal for sharing day and night. I recommend and decree that we will be back. Thank you!!!

The apartment is beautiful and super spacious and comfortable. We loved the view and the spacious kitchen. The only bad thing about the apartment is that it doesn't have a garage but Carla and Francisca were super friendly and got us a paid garage.
