We are pleased and honored to renovate and live in this valuable building, the former Pudasjärvi municipal hall. We want to offer guests the opportunity to stay in an apartment in a log house built in 1936 on the shore of Iijoki. The apartment has its own kitchen and toilet-bathroom. You can explore the Iijoki estuary and its islands by renting a safe, air-filled kayak with equipment from us. Electric bicycles can also be rented. The personal yard sauna heats up according to your wishes. Warm welcome!

There is plenty of private space around for outdoor activities in peace. Ideal place for larger groups to relax. The yard of the house has its own small sledding hill and downhill equipment. A short drive away, there is a lot to do, such as Rovaniemi, Ranua Animal Park, Korouoma, Riisitunturi and Iso-Syöte with numerous services.

Ideal for two guests, but can accommodate four. The apartment has a shared storage room with the neighbor, where you can store bikes/skis, etc. NOTE! From the cottage yard, you can go mountain biking, hiking, or skiing in the winter. Iso-Syöte slopes are about 2km away. You can also get to the snowmobile trail almost directly from the cottage yard. Please note when booking that the yard work is still partially unfinished.
