Downstairs 2 bedrooms and a spacious kitchen/living room. The sauna, bathroom/utility room, and separate toilet are also located downstairs. On the loft, there are 3 frame mattress beds and 3 extra mattresses, as well as a remote workstation. Barbecue hut and 2 outdoor storage rooms. Self-service: Bring your own linens (bed and towels). The final cleaning is done on your own.

The cottage is quietly located on the banks of the Iijoki River. The cottage can accommodate 1-3 guests. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunity. Yliranta equestrian farm 6 km, Ii city center 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-burning sauna. The cottage has a well-stocked kitchen and bedding. Firewood incl. Linens for an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by arrangement €10/stay. Hot tub or outdoor hot tub for an additional cost of 100€. The renter must do the final cleaning. We charge 80€ for unmade cleaning.

The city center and Oulu University Hospital are less than 3 km away.

Welcome to a holiday or to work remotely in a wonderfully atmospheric cottage in Pytkynharju. From the cottage yard you can see the magnificent scenery of Syöte hiking area and the national park. Mountain biking, hiking or skiing can be accessed directly from the cottage yard. The feed services and the ski resort are only a few minutes away by car (approx. 5km). We are pleased and honored to renovate and live in this valuable building, the former Pudasjärvi municipal hall. We want to offer guests the opportunity to stay in an apartment in a log house built in 1936 on the shore of Iijoki. The apartment has its own kitchen and toilet-bathroom. You can explore the Iijoki estuary and its islands by renting a safe, air-filled kayak with equipment from us. Electric bicycles can also be rented. The personal yard sauna heats up according to your wishes. Warm welcome!
