The cottage is located on the banks of the River Iijoki. The cottage can accommodate 1-3 hlo. Rowing boat, swimming, and fishing. Yl Beach Riding Farm 6 km, Ii city center 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-burning sauna. The cottage has a well-stocked kitchen and bedding. Firewood incl. Linens for an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by arrangement €10/stay. Hot tub or outdoor hot tub for an additional cost of 100€. The renter must complete the final cleaning. We charge $80 for unpaid cleaning.

The trails and outdoor trails can be accessed from the front door in minutes. Final cleaning and linens can be arranged separately for an additional price

Mountain biking, hiking or skiing can be accessed directly from the cottage yard. The feed services and the ski resort are only a few minutes away by car (approx. 5km). Authentic and original Lapland peace, quiet, and magic! Spacious, cozy and bright 145m2 house in the middle of nature by the fishy Lake Kuukasjärvi. Surrounded by plenty of private space for outdoor activities. Also an ideal place for larger groups for a relaxing holiday. The yard of the house has its own small sledding hill and hillside equipment. There are plenty of things to do within a short drive, such as Rovaniemi, Ranua Zoo, Korouoma, Riisitunturi, and Iso-Syöte with numerous services.

A small beach cottage near the center of Ranua, on its own peninsula right by the lake. The cottage is connected to a traditional Finnish wood sauna and a real shower in the dressing room attached to the sauna. The cottage is very traditional with a bit of modernization. From the deck, a great view of the lake! There is no indoor toilet in the cottage. Instead, there's a traditional Finnish outdoor shower in the yard. This offers a unique, authentic cabin experience near nature!
