I recently stayed at this lovely house with my family and had a great experience. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, with easy access to shops and restaurants nearby. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay—I would definitely return and recommend it to others looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay.

Amazing place, neat and tidy, photogenic surroundings.. we were wow'd by the landscape and interiors. It felt 'Home' though we were away. Each and everything was properly arranged, let it be basic kitchen items or extra lenins.. arranging a maid or a cook.. everything was instantly addressed by Syakesh and Aswathy. We had a great time here. Our kids enjoyed and played a lot. The sprinklers, buddha and outside sitting area added peace, beauty and amazing feel to us for our 10days of stay. Did not realise how days went fast. I would definitely revist this place if there is a plan again and also will recommend everyone to visit if Trivandrum is in your travel list. Thanks to both of you for making our busy schedule relaxing, memorable and fun for our little one.

We had a wonderful stay at the Perriyaveedu property, thanks to our amazing host, Darsan. He went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience, assisting us with local travel arrangements, including booking autos and cars. On his recommendation, we went boating near Poovar, which turned out to be an unforgettable experience. The dinner was delightful, and we truly appreciate Darsan’s dedication, as he tirelessly coordinated everything to make our stay seamless. We also captured some unforgettable moments during our stay at this property. A big thank you to Darsan and Raghav for their exceptional hospitality!

We had come there for pongala. Our family found right at home. The host helped us to find places for local buys and even helped us find a place to put pongala. The house and surroundings were squeaky clean with everything we need at walkable distance. It was totally worth the money we paid for. Thank you Vinoy for allowing early check in and for arranging every thing. Looking forward for our next stay.
