The apartment has been custom built on our property and is the one and only apartment. We are located in the golden triangle of Alexandra Headland up on the hill and the apartment has been built to ensure capturing of the ocean breezes and views. Close to Alexandra Headland, Mooloolaba, Cotton Tree and Maroochydore. There are numerous coffee shops, cafes, restaurants and bars within easy walking distance or a short drive. It is a great central place to begin to explore the Sunshine Coast. We do not provide breakfast however there is tea and coffee making facilities, a toaster, a sandwich press, a microwave and fridge so you can make your own easy meals. NOTE: there is no cooktop available. The apartment is all yours! There is an outdoor shower available downstairs so that you can rinse off after the beach. There is lots of street parking available, usually just across the road. As the apartment is located at the back of our property it is extremely private, however we are here if you need assistance or local advice. The home is set in Alexandra Headland in the middle of the Sunshine Coast and a short walk from wonderful beaches, surf clubs and sunny cafes. Within walking distance to Mooloolaba, Maroochydore and Cotton Tree where you can enjoy more beaches, restaurants and charming shops. Getting around by car is easy. There are buses nearby which run regularly and will transport you anywhere on the coast from Caloundra to Noosa. There is a shuttle service from the local Sunshine Coast Airport (20 mins) and also from the Brisbane International airport (approx 1 hr). Taxis (Suncoast Cabs) and Uber are also available.

The main floor of our house contains one large open space with a well equipped kitchen , dining and living area opening with glass bi-fold doors to the outdoor living space with dining, bbq, lounge and pool. There is a staircase to the viewing deck where you can see sweeping views all the way down the coast to Coolum. The upper levels of the house contain 4 spacious bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a media room, upstairs lounge/game area, laundry room, and three of the four bedrooms have balconies with majestic ocean views. I'm available via email, phone and through my guest concierge's Ben & Kaity who will help you with anything you need. This quiet neighborhood is in the pristine northern pocket of Sunshine Beach. Approximately a 3-4 minute walk to the beach entry steps and the same distance to the entry of the National Park- with beautiful trails leading to the secluded beach of Alexandria Bay, access to Hells Gates and Sunshine Beach. Bus stops are about a 5-10 minute walk away. Uber & taxis are readily available. Please let us know if you would like us to shop before hand and have groceries ready for your arrival or any other things you may need for your stay or if you have any special requests or needs. We have boogie boards for the beach and a ping pong table as well as games and movies.
