Lovely place to stay, immaculately clean. Felt right at home.

We were in Cairns for a fleeting visit so needed somewhere in the city. This place was great - clean, tidy, central to everything that we needed, walking distance to the esplanade and quiet at night. We checked in after hours and instructions were easy to follow and within minutes we had keys are were in the apartment. Would definitely consider this place again if in Cairns for a longer stay without a car.

A beautiful, peaceful, tranquil tree house settled amongst nature at it's finest. Wildlife literally at the doorstep, walking trails nearby. Very private accommodation & the staff in the office were very welcoming, helpful & friendly. Thank you for a very relaxing stay.

Had a wonderful stay on the island. Really appreciated having access to a laundry free of charge and the bed was spectacular!! Soft but firm!

Lovely place to stay, surrounded by the beautiful rainforest! Wake up to the call of wompoo fruit doves, and enjoy this green retreat away from urban areas. Steve and Sally were friendly and welcoming, and the room was spacious and equipped with mozzie nets! Would definitely stay again, and this time, longer :)

A tranquil location that allows you to forget the hustle & bustle of everyday life, & gives you the opportunity to be one with nature, literally. Wonderful hosts that are accommodating to your needs, but give you the privacy you require.

This place is wonderful, everthing has been thought of and is to a very high standard. The pool area has lots of seating and beds. We had the place to ourselves but would be ideal for family/friends to book out the whole place. Pool, hot tub, sauna available, bbq & cooker, microwave & coffee machine with pods provided. Liz & Steve are very helpful & chatty without being intrusive. I would most definitely stay again.

We felt like we were in a Manhattan hotel room. Love the decor and the room was beautifully furnished and appointed. It was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Shirley was great to deal with. Some of the areas of the hotel need some TLC but once you’re in the room, you forget what’s happening on the outside.

The views from the balcony of the ocean and mountains are spectacular. Best unit in the complex. A great walk along the water and only 1 mile to the terminal to get boats to the Great Barrier Reef. Good pool at the unit and also a public one along the water. Great restaurants within a short walk. This was a highlight of our trip!

Lovely spacious hotel in Noosa Heads with communicative hosts. Would definitely recommend!

I originally picked Maiala Park Lodge because of its very close proximity to D'Aguilar National Park and I was impressed when I saw the photos of the property on the AirBnB listing. On arrival the property impressed me even more. Information and early contact by the host was welcome. The property is clean, comfortable and the ambience is relaxing, quiet and private .... a great place for a weekend or weeks-on-end. I intend to rebook when I next visit Mount Glorious and the rainforest of D'Aguilar National Park.

Perfect location for shops and restaurants, unit was a good size but felt unit had a lot of clutter and excess furniture. Upstairs view was amazing and deck chairs good for view. Car park was a little tight but ok.

Great place for an overnight stay, super cute and tidy, and being so close to national park was fantastic!

We loved our stay, especially the meal & service in the restaurant. The food was amazing & the atmosphere was nice & relaxed.

The boys have been staying at the Barkly for the last few months, they love it there and the staff are lovely and helpful

I was there for one night, last minute booking, but I could see this being a great spot for a family break. 60s motel style, but clean, simple rooms with plenty of coffee and sugar! clean pool with many shaded tables and bbq area. Ample parking, garden to walk the dogs for a tinkle. I was given a private end room with no neighbours as I had a very large dog. She was made very welcome, and i was given directions to the dog offleash beach. Very quiet neighbourhood, considering I was there Australia day holiday. A local helped me find the showers/ bins etc off each beach pathway. I rated 4 star as it was really hard to get aircon to cool whole room and it was so muggy when I got there, then was too chilly when in bed (where system is), and also due to smokers (I'm asthmatic) - i'll make sure to check next time. thanks again for having us!

We were greeted by pristine, clean & welcoming place. Although we had stayed at this hotel several times, we enjoyed the personal touches like a microwave & coffee machine. As well as the furnishes & outdoor space made this a more comfortable stay. Our host was friendly & considerate. Great value for money & a strong contender when we’re next away on the Gold Coast.
