"The Lake House" is located on beautiful Mason Lake in Briggsville, WI. Our home is a freshly remodeled 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom lake house with 36 ft. of lake frontage. The property has a huge fenced in back yard, concrete patio and a new pier (2021) for outside fun. We can accommodate two vehicles on the black top driveway, public street parking and a large public parking lot for boat / rec. trailers right across the street. The property is also located on a ATV/UTV and snowmobile trail system.

This waterfront cottage has beautiful views of the Wisconsin River. My husband and I have lived here for more than 20 years. We love this area - there is nothing like a cool, crisp Midwest morning overlooking the Wisconsin River. Our cozy, cute cabin has two bedrooms. One with queen the other with full. There is also a hideabed in the great room. Relax in great room with a warm fire or the deck with a fire table. There is a gas grill on site as well as a full service kitchen. Bring your boat or water craft to use on Castle Rock lake, 1/2 mile away OR enjoy a day at the many parks in the area. Bring your snowmobile, atv, or utv for the many trails or clubs for the golf courses!
