Felipe's place is amazing. The view from the balcony and roof terrace is spectacular and the neighbourhood of Providencia is very safe. The flat is very well equipped and comfortable. I would return here if I come back to Santiago

We love the stay, we stayed 1 week, the location great, many surrounding attractions, next to the Costanera Center, safe neighborhood easy to walk, nearby subway. The apartment is very cozy, has all the necessary utensils and a little more. Ana always served us promptly. We love the city and will definitely be back !!!

The apartment looks like a hotel suite, it's perfect for spending a few days there. There were a lot of things available, it was very nice. (Coffee, water, towels…) The rooftop with pool offers amazing views of the whole city! The only downside of my stay was not being able to use the laundromat in the building because you have to be Chilean to use the app.

The apartment is well described, it has two bathrooms, two rooms. Clean, comfortable, and accessible by location. Highly recommend. Would definitely come back. Rafael was very kind, and allowed us to enter a little before check-in time, as he had availability. The only point to improve would be that we couldn't use the TVs because they had two generic remote controls that I didn't make them work. Except for that detail, the apartment is a 10.

Mariela has Sergio as a co-host. I had already stayed in a depto de Sergio and through him I reached this depto. Sergio is an excellent host and Mariela was very accommodating. The depto. is very well located, a 4-minute walk from the Open Kennedy and Parque Arauco. It is at an important junction of Santiago and with excellent arteries to move around. It has everything you need to have a very good stay and everyone is spotless (the appliances: coffee machine, electric pava, toaster, hair dryer, etc are in perfect condition). The environments are very comfortable and everything is clean. The view is a wonder!!!! Definitely a place to come back. Thank you Mariela for your kindness and thank you to Sergio and Coti for their excellent attention!!!
