Lindísima, acogedora y amplia cabaña frente al mar en el mejor lugar de Maitencillo (2 horas de Santiago) muy bien equipada, se pueden hospedar hasta 9 personas cómodamente, condominio con piscina, quincho y estacionamiento privado. Terraza con vista al mar, living en terraza y playa en frente sin tener que cruzar una calle! Para disfrutar del mejor atardecer o pisco sour mirando a los niños sin que nadie interrumpa!! Condominio familiar se prohíben las fiestas!! Solo se arrienda por Airbnb.

Small apartment, newly renovated, with view over Higuerillas and Playa Negra and Playa Amarilla. One Bedroom, one bathroom, small kitchenette and living room (living room equipped with Bed sofa). Bed sofa is comfortable but i would say it is for One adult or a very in love couple or two children. Large Terrace, parking space and access to buildings pool (same floor level) and barbecue spot. Proximity to small restaurants of Concon. The Apartment has its own parking.

Heritage value house with incredible bay views.

My house has an important heritage value as it has 100 years but perfectly maintained, comfortable and cosy, with a wood warming stove, high ceilings, beautiful views of the whole bay and harbour. With two terraces, a kitchen totally implemented and beautiful views from kitchen and dining room. We don’t have this house for business. It’s our beautiful place to escape from stress which we rent when we don’t go.
