Beautiful place and ideal for lovers of calm and nature. We also appreciated the amenities available (sleds, skis...). We hope to come back someday, for longer.

Nice, spacious house with all amenities you need. Some parts are a bit outdated, and it should be cleaned a little better. But otherwise it is a great house. The outdoor sauna is very nice and tidy. We received clear instructions from Ragnar about the house and saunas. The balcony is ideal for being able to quickly get outside from the living room to view the Northern Lights. Also the outdoor space is large, and ideal for sledding or playing. Nearby are beautiful hiking and skiing areas. We made a beautiful trip through The Old Postoffice Sweden. Highly recommend. And also definitely visit Forest Jewels, where the Sami sell their made stuff. It was also nice that Ragnar was easy to reach and always willing to offer help where necessary.

Ari's place is very pretty, comfortable and functional, we had a great time! The city centre is within walking distance. The only small downside if you have a car (but it says in the description that there is no parking space) would be the location to park your car on the street for free, you have to walk 5 good minutes. Ari is a very flexible and responsive host, I highly recommend this apartment!

Too bad we couldn't each of us leave a 5-stars review. Paula has been an amazing host. Proactive and reactive, we have been welcomed very well. The place is very well equipped with everything you need for icy conditions on the lake. Paula and her husband made a hole in the icy lake for us to dive after the sauna, the experience has been really... cool 🥶 The environment is beautiful, wild nature all around. Overall we couldn't have hoped for a better experience, it was downright perfect. Thank you Paula!
