I offer for rent a furnished 1-room apartment (15m) on the 3rd floor of a renovated building. Despite the small size, the apartment is bright and cozy. The bathroom is renovated. The apartment is fully equipped: a fold-out bed, a wardrobe, a work corner, a kitchenette with a fridge and freezer, an induction cooker and a microwave oven, kitchen utensils. A washing machine and dryer are available in the shared laundry room for a small fee. The surroundings are quiet, in front of the house there is a vineyard, behind the house a forest. The bus stop is right across from the entrance.

The house is located 100 meters from the river Elbe on a bike trail about 4km from Nymburk. Doubrava is a small village. About 300 meters from the house there is a sandpit with the possibility of bathing in clean water. The towns of Nymburk, Podebrady, Lysa nad Labem and Milovice can be found within 15 km. You'll love my place because the house is cozy and provides peace and quiet, including a large garden. If you like cycling, fishing or canoeing, you're at the right place. My place is great for couples and families (with kids).

Our apartment is located in the very geometric heart of Europe in the town of Kouřim in the district of Molitorov. The apartment is right on the pilgrimage route Blaník - Říp, 200m from us it is possible to visit the famous Golf Club Molitorov and deepen your golf experience or visit the historic town of Kouřim, the local open-air museum and its picturesque surroundings, which is perfect for walks. Also worth mentioning is Lechův kámen and the beautiful Kutná Hora in the vicinity, with all the monuments.

We offer an unconventional circular straw house with a large garden and pond. It is located in a picturesque corner of the Vysočina region, on the edge of the small village of Bystrá. There are plenty of interesting and pleasant things nearby, the castle of Lipnice nad Sázavou, quarries, forests, meadows, rivers and ponds, all of which are dominated by the mythical Melechov. The cottage is small, fully furnished, comfortable for two people. It will be appreciated by romantics and lovers of old times.
