The apartment is at the quiet end of the housing estate and has its own parking space where you can see from the bedroom. We will place comfortable beds of 2.20 with slats according to the guests' wishes. There is a modern practical kitchen, coffee, tea and everything you need for cooking. We don't have TV, but you can borrow books and magazines or crack crosswords. The apartment is designed for guests looking for rest or peace of mind to work. In winter we heat with air conditioning and that's enough, the house is well insulated. You set the temperature yourself. It's usually a little less in the room.

The Black & White Apartments apartment house is located in Brno in a quiet location surrounded by nature. The accommodation is close to the Brno Exhibition Center (BVV) and also close to the motorway exit to Prague. The apartments are fully equipped with furniture, appliances, air conditioning and the privacy of guests is ensured by window blinds. The house is located in the historical part of the city.We decided to provide it for accommodation for all who want to get to know the beauty of Skalice and wide surroundings. It is possible to park in front of the garages of the family house behind the fence, the accommodated guest has their own remote control from the gate and then walk 100m along the sidewalk to the cabin.
