The location is also beneficial, as you can reach everything necessary on foot. The Rhine and Lake Constance are a few minutes' drive away.

This apartment is comfortable and newly furnished, is 60 m² and is located in a quiet residential area on the southern slope of Gailingen. The apartment has a large living/bedroom which is extended to the south side with a terrace. The entrance, access to the terrace and the bathroom are at ground level and therefore also suitable for people with walking difficulties. The toilet seat is also elevated and the shower has no step.

Lake time

The apartment, which was completed in the spring of 2018, can be reached via an external wooden staircase. Now nothing stands in the way of a relaxing "lake time." With one bedroom, an open living and dining room, bathroom, kitchen and two balconies with great lake views, the apartment offers an ideal retreat for a great vacation. Enjoy your stay with us. Beautifully furnished apartment in Gailingen am Hochrhein The apartment is located in the basement of a detached house. Shopping 5 minutes walking distance. It is 10-15 minutes on foot to the Rhine Parking directly at the apartment Bus connection in about 150m The apartment is located in a new development. Our house is ready. But every now and then there may be construction noise. (Attached houses)

Situated near the amazing medieval town of Stein am Rhein, only 3 min drive and 8 min walk to the fabulous Lake Constance. One bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a sofa-bed (160 cm) in the lounge. (No door between the two rooms.)
