The interaction for the booking was quick. I stayed for work needs and therefore with special times but it was not a problem to adapt check-in and check-out times. The welcome was warm and hospitable as if you had known each other for a long time. Pet friendly structure, he had no problem welcoming my two Labrador Retrievers. The place was clean, tidy and cozy, there was nothing missing, it felt like it was in your own home, away from noise and traffic. There's also a wifi network with a fairly fast connection. Indoor parking. A very well-kept small garden is also available. I'll definitely be back.

Gorgeous place in the hills of the Marches. we loved this place and will surely come back to visit Maria and her family. The breakfast she brought every morning was a delight, the surroundings were beautiful and so serene and of course we all enjoyed the pool so much especially considering the heat. We felt at home. We loved our stay and hope to return to explore more of Tuscany. Truly beautiful surroundings and view. So relaxing and peaceful, and the host and other employees are so kind. Delicious homemade food for breakfast, and we recommend the dinner at least once! One thing to note: if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs because you can hear the other guests coming/going from the shared hallway (especially if other guests have small children). But with earplugs, it’s perfectly fine! Most everyone was quiet and respectful of the peaceful tranquility in the area. Truly a beautiful time and place in Tuscany 🩷

On a hill with fantastic views, enjoy the sunrise in the morning through the large panoramic windows in the living room, in the garden overlooking the olive trees of Agnese and having breakfast in the beautiful landscape...what more could you want. The flat is very tasteful and spacious. The kitchen with 5 sparkling stove and oven invites you to cook if you don't want to eat in one of the trattorias of the area with Romagnolian kitchens. Agnese is a very likeable host and with her tips have made a significant contribution to the success of our vacation. What you should know...the area from the house is more for sportlch ambitious cyclists, but you can take directly beautiful hikes; the access via a gravel path is a bit bumpy but easily feasible; you need a car to shop and explore the beautiful wider surroundings. We felt very comfortable!

Alessandra was a lovely host, very friendly, pleasant and likeable! Breakfast was delicious, as well as her selfmade cakes and sandwiches!

Rosaria and her husband are extremely welcoming. It’s like being part of an Italian household for some days (in a very good way😁). They took really good care of us by having an amazing breakfast, clean and tidy rooms, and Rosaria even did the laundry for us. We ate fruits from the garden, they had a great pool and a lot of hiking options around. Thanks again for this lovely stay!!

Apartment a few kilometers from Urbino. Well-maintained and welcoming clean environment, feels like home . We didn't meet Daniele in person, but we were always available. Elena and her husband are very warm and attentive to their guests. Impeccable cleanliness, the studio is very large and easily suitable for a family with multiple children. A plus, with a large garden and pool. Breakfast is hearty.

Small but nice. All super nice, the breakfast buffet was good, I enjoyed the bathroom very much. All in all, I felt very comfortable and I'd love to come back.

Gloria was super kind and helpful during our stay. The room (oatmeal) was bright and spacious, very clean and the location great. We got back so well Santarcangelo is wonderful. Our dog immediately settled in. Recommended.

If you're looking for a place to "unplug" and be pampered, this is the perfect place. Small country villa in the hills near Riccione. Modernized in rustic style, as beautiful as the landscape. Away from the chaos of the city, very rural. Friendly and welcoming host, cute and cuddly kitten. Very nice.

Traveling alone, I found myself less confident and reclusive in my first 2 weeks in Italy. Upon reading reviews, I had a feeling Suzi would snap me out of it. And she DID!! She was so welcoming, made me a delicious dinner the first night, and made me a part of her family for the week. I was even invited to her milestone birthday party with all her lovely friends, and then another joint birthday family dinner at home. She gave me a bunch of awesome recommendations, always asked if I needed anything, and calmed me down when I called her in despair, being lost in a field somewhere, lol! The room was huge and cozy, the shower sooo nice! (I was in the room off the kitchen) Suzi is very intelligent and we had some interesting conversations. Her two dogs Tyra and Gigi stole my heart immediately. I will be back, maybe as a work away! I will never forget your kindness and the remarkable woman you are <3

How had a wonderful stay in villa. Maria and Tazio are the best hosts you can imagine. They lovingly take care of all the guests The house are beautiful and modernly furnished. Our room was very clean and we felt very much. The absolute highlight is the delicious breakfast in the morning. Probably the best breakfast we've ever had. The house was a rare find and better than expected! Giovanna made me feel at home from the moment we spoke on messages! She made the best breakfast for me everyday i was there and kept tidying up my room all the time! The only regret i have is that i didnt spend more time with Giovanna at that gorgeous villa! If i ever get the chance to go again i will not leave from that estate!!!

What a fantastic Airbnb! I think it was our best experience ever. Eleanora and Lorenzo were so friendly and welcoming. They were also very generous with supplies of tea, coffee, biscuits, jam, etc., which is always nice. The apartment was so beautiful, brand new, harmoniously furnished, fully equipped, everything you needed and extras such as Alexa and Netflix. The surroundings were also beautiful with a lovely space to sit outside and take in the view and the peace and quiet. We loved it so much and wished we could have stayed longer. Do not hesitate to book - it is such a treat and you will have no regrets.

If you want to get away from everything and immerse yourself in the middle of nature, this place is for you! Giacomo and Daniela are a super host. They'll make you feel welcomed as a family. If you have children, they will have fun seeing the various animals ( from the turtle to the donkey). Closing more and figs and eating them under the tree is an experience that remains in the heart. Try and see!
