This apartment is a special place! So pretty and across the street from a breathtaking basilica that is on the mosaic buildings tour. The streets were quiet, but you can hear the daily conversational noise from neighbors. Bathrooms, linens and kitchen are great.

Andrea gave us a very personal and nice welcome. The apartment was atmospheric with candles, homemade on the table, a full breakfast buffet,- what more could you ask for? We got many tips for excursions and activities after we told about our plans. We felt right at home.

My family and I felt right at home. We had a great time in this cozy little house. We really recommend it to all families also thanks to the kindness and availability of Giulia's mother who gave us great tips for restaurants, to visit San Marino and made us find a typical San Marino dessert for breakfast. The house is very comfortable, in a very quiet area just a stone's throw from the countryside, but comfortable by car to any local attraction. TOP!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay and Christiano and Sara were both very friendly and helpful - the place is beautiful and Sara and Christiano have a shop with delikatesses just below the apartment which we also enjoyed during our stay. /Eva

very nice place with lots of space, loved the terrace and the location is very central but still very quiet. enrico bought us wine and pasta and was very friendly. 10/10 would stay there again

great apartment, convenient to parking and quite close to downtown. the tip of maximum satisfaction was the solution x the bed: no blankets, bedspreads or duvets not washable with each change of guests but duvet covers, really the only hygienic solution x the bed. Congratulations!

Everything was perfect, the apartment was equipped with all the comforts that are rarely found including shampoo, foam bath, coffee, pasta, etc.

Although I showed up earlier than the usual check-in, Stefano was kind enough to let me in and introduce me the room. Everything was perfect. The room itself is amazing. Stefano was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend it!!

the mini apartment is in a quiet location, not far from the historic center of Ravenna, within walking distance. The most important sites are within a radius of two km. The spaces in the home are comfortable, simple but functional. Angelica welcomed us with great kindness, friendliness and availability. We'll be back.

Paolawas very courteous and accommodating to our requests. The apartment, clean and equipped, is in a very convenient location to visit Ferrara and its surroundings, also thanks to its proximity to the train station. The neighborhood is quiet and there are bars, restaurants and supermarkets within minutes. A stay to recommend!

Nicoletta was very welcoming and accommodating. She was always responsive and proactive and made me feel right at home. The kitchen was well stocked with breakfast items and the bedroom was nice and cosy. Her place is about a thirty minute walk from the beach which you can get to by walking through the lovely Parco Fabbri and just a five minute walk from the house is Parco Giovanni Paolo II, which is a peaceful place to take a stroll by the lake. I will definitely be hoping to book the place again the next time I am in Rimini!

We were very happy with the apartment, everything was as described in the description. There is also a private garage where we left our bikes. We recommend.

The beach is just across the road, it's simply not too convenient, there is a lot of common space, the room arrangement is reasonable and comfortable, and it's worth coming back!

Manu is an excellent host and we had a fantastic stay. The property situated in a beautiful and peaceful setting and it’s a great base to explore the surrounding area. We loved having breakfast outside each morning and what we ate was delicious. Manu has very helpful recommendations for the local area

Piero’s home is a real gem! Exceeded expectations from many points of view. Beautiful surroundings from both the home entrance to the room balcony and window. The bedroom is large, very comfortable and full of charm. Piero and his wife are beautiful souls, they made us feel right at home, hospitality is in their veins and they both are very special hosts/people. Highly recommend a visit and we will definitely go back when in Romagna 🫶

Very nice place to stay with a great and artistically designed room almost right on the beach. Roberto has been a super friendly and very nice host. The breakfast offered was super tasty and you had a lot of choice, also the cappuccino was great! We definitely recommend Roberto's place and would be happy to come back.

Gabriele is super kind, professional and at the same time friendly. Clean and tidy room (immaculate white sheets), equally clean bathroom. Breakfast included in the price with a great value for money. I recommend this room. Hope to be back soon.

We had a pleasant stay at Lucas'. Everything was perfect. A carefully maintained residence, perfectly clean. The room is very well insulated from noise, comfortable bedding. Breakfast is very hearty with fresh, quality products. As for Lucas, he is attentive to his customers, accommodating and very pleasant. We highly recommend this property.

Very, very great! Maria is super nice, everything is very neat and clean. The pool is large and very nice! We enjoyed it very much, we would spend time there again at any time.
