Imagine peace & quiet, 100 metres from the road up a stone track, no immediate neighbours. (Owner lives onsite in the attic of house, separate entrance). Seating areas around the house offer different beautiful views Morning sunrise, shaded south seating; but sunny in winter! Lunch/ dinner table west facing shaded by old pear tree. Dark starry nights, moonlit or Milky Way, silent or animal sounds! Village life is a 10min meadow walk. In summer a cosy traditional bar/cafe serves home-cooked food.

This place is one of the world's pearls, perfect for travellers who love nature and the peace of mountains. We arranged the upper floor of our house into a cozy home for travellers. Bright apartment- loft with a great view of the mountains, just a few minutes from lake Bohinj. Black and white with something red - like a cake with a cherry on top :) You'll feel at home and at the same time you’ll be on holidays. Location offers many hiking and bicycle paths and it is close to the ski resorts of Vogel and Soriska planina and a Water park with wellness and only a few kilometres from lake Bohinj, where you can swim, surf, kayak, sup,..., and enjoy the nature.

It is situated in Polje village, 5 minutes away from the center - Bohinjska Bistrica. From our apartment you are only a 5-minute drive away from the beautiful Bohinj Lake. Homestead Log v Bohinju is located approximately halfway between Lake Bled and Lake Bohinj on the right side of the Sava Bohinjka river. It is a large old farm building consisting of a living area, a stable, a barn, a dairy and other auxiliary rooms. The living part of the building was completely renovated and adapted for tourist purposes. All units are furnished in a modern style with new furniture and renovated bathrooms. We are no longer actively engaged in agriculture.

This charming 3 bedroom holiday house owned by two beautiful cats (MAU& PABLO) who got all under control. Because we used to be wild and homeless, friendly people took us under their roof. If you like cats, come and join us for a holiday. Our motto is eat, sleep and repeat. We have our own supply of food. If you have a special wish to feed us, we will provide you with threats.
