Located close to the Rhine, you can get to the city quickly thanks to the good transport links. The entire guest house was renovated and refurbished in spring 2021 and offers comfort and cosiness. Von hier aus lässt sich perfekt die nähere und weitere Umgebung der Region erkunden oder einfach ein paar Etappen des Rheinsteigs wandern, der an Rhöndorf vorbeiführt.

It is located in a quiet residential area in the countryside - ideal for hiking, biking, golfing and relaxing. Cologne, Leverkusen and Düsseldorf are just around the corner for shopping and culture. The Cologne trade fair is also easy to reach from here. There is parking in front of the house.

Eine Bushaltestelle nur wenige Meter entfernt, S-Bahn 10 Min. nach Düsseldorf/Köln. Kostenlose Parkplätze in der Umgebung. Handtuchwechsel wöchentlich, Bettwäschewechsel 14tägig. Kleine nutzbare Terrasse im gemeinsamen Eingangsbereich. Nichtraucherwohnung, wir wohnen nebenan.

2 Schlaf- & 2 Badezimmer - Bus bis Köln Hbf, Messe

Unser gemütliches Gästehaus hat ca. 70 m² auf zwei Etagen. Die Unterkunft eignet sich ideal für Messegäste, Familien, Freunde, Monteure oder kleine Gruppen. Es stehen 3 Betten (1,60 x 2,00 m) für insgesamt 6 Personen zur Verfügung. Eine Bushaltestelle (Linie 260 - Direktanbindung Köln Hbf) und ein Supermarkt (Edeka) sind innerhalb von 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Köln Messe ist mit dem Bus 30 Minuten entfernt.

Kleines Häuschen für max. 2 Personen

Das von unserem Wohnhaus unabhängige Häuschen (wir wohnen direkt nebenan) besteht aus zwei Zimmern und einem Bad. In dem Wohnraum befindet sich auch eine kleine Küchenzeile mit 2 Platten Herd, Geschirr, Kaffemaschine (Senseo), Mikrowelle usw. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer hat die Größe 160x200. Als Verbindung zwischen den beiden Zimmern liegt das Duschbad. Ein Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Häuschen.
