Close to nature and relaxing – right next to the Eifel National Park. The tiny house is located above Lake Roer. Hiking trails are right in front of the house. Walks in the snow and the cozy warmth in the cottage provide relaxation & coziness. In summer, the lake with beach invites you to swim & do water sports. There is no direct lake view (trees in front), but the wonderful viewpoint 'Zur Schönen Aussicht' can be reached in two minutes (100 m), where you can watch the stars undisturbed at night.

Direkt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Naherholungsgebiet Rotter See in ruhiger Lage aber verkehrsgünstig, ca. 10 Minuten zum Flughafen Köln/Bonn, ca. 15 Minuten bis Köln oder Bonn (auch mit Bus und Bahn schnell erreichbar). Diese gepflegte Zweizimmer-Wohnung ist für 2 Personen ausgelegt. Zum Schlafen sind ein Kingsize - Boxspringbett und ein Schlafsofa vorhanden.
