Vor Ort bei uns müssen Sie ab 01.01.2025 eine Übernachtungsabgabe bar an uns entrichten. Sie besteht aus 5% des Buchungspreises. Dieser Betrag muss von uns 1:1 an die Gemeindes Simmerath weitergegeben werden!

Parties and dayvistors are not permitted.

Terrace apartment – Central - Near Cologne

The property is located in the center of Bergisch Gladbach and yet is relatively quiet. A few minutes walk there are different supermarkets. The S-Bahn is about 15 minutes walking through the city center. There is also a bus stop in front of the door to the train station. An underground car park with a reserved parking area is available. There is also plenty of free parking on the street. The large terrace invites you to linger and offers high privacy through privacy screens.

Vacation in the Eifel National Park for hiking or peace seekers! The self-contained apartment is located on the outskirts of Simmerath, in the Lammersdorf district. In summer, you can sunbathe on your own balcony or in the garden or cool off in the pool. A sauna house with stunning views can be reserved by arrangement. Parking and shelter for bicycles brought along is available, as is a travel crib for children.

Historic barn

Quiet, lovingly furnished guesthouse in Mönchengladbach - Neuwerk. The old barn is about 60m² and completely renovated. It offers enough sleeping possibilities for 4 people plus baby/infant. A workspace is set up, TV & Wi-Fi is available. We try to welcome our guests personally to answer questions about the house and the surrounding area directly. The A52 and A44 motorways are 5 minutes' walk to the city center.

Large flat situated next to a forest near Bonn

We rent a 134 sqm flat in a two-family house. It is surrounded by a large garden directly on the edge of the forest. Here you have the possibility to relax while walking or jogging. The small pool in the garden offers you the possibility to cool down in summer. Pets are generally allowed, but please note that we have free-roaming chickens in the garden.
