Casa da Encosta is located in the picturesque Aldeia do Penedo, on the hills of Sintra facing the Atlantic. The nearby beaches (Adraga, Praia Grande, Praia das Maçãs and others) are just 5 km away. This two bedroom house (plus a mezzanine) dates from the 1930’s and was passionately renovated in 2023 by Katrin Kaasa and Duarte Amaral Netto, your hosts. The house maintains the spirit of a cabin (low ceiling in the kitchen and some doors) but was carefully designed for comfort and stylish details.

Collares Sintra Petit Palais CB

Collares-Sintra Petit Palais is part of a historic villa in Colares, between the sea and the mountain, in the Natural Park of the Serra de Sintra, UNESCO Cultural Landscape. It is the old Town Hall building, former Court and is located on archaeological ground in what is thought to be the first castle of Sintra, built before the year 1000. It was fully rehabilitated in the year 2024, and aims to provide our guests with the best experiences, in a calm and engaging place.

Apartment with private terrace located in the historic center of Sintra. It is tucked away on a quiet street, but a one minute walk to the Sintra National Palace, restaurants and shops. There is free parking about a two minute walk away. The apartment was fully renovated in 2024, has a full kitchen, spacious bathroom and comfortable bed. This tiny sized home is made of a 20 feet shipping container. It has a living room area in the entrance with a sofa that flips into a 120 cm day bed. The bathroom is complete with a shower. The bedroom in the end is equipped with a 140cm x 190cm bed.
