Enjoy a cozy holiday in the countryside - in UNESCO's biosphere area, close to the medieval town of Stege, near the water and in the middle of nature. We are a family consisting of a Danish/Japanese couple, three small dogs, a cat, sheep, running ducks and chickens. We have renovated the entire farm to the best of our abilities and with a high degree of recycled materials. We love to travel and make sure the house is comfortable and cozy. We have tried to decorate our guest house as we think is nice. Let us know if you're missing anything!

Idyllic farmhouse by forest and beach

Right next to the seaside resort of Bandholm is this cozy half-timbered house, which previously belonged to the Knuthenborg estate. Here you can relax with the family and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, including the nearby forest, where wild boars live. The house, built in 1776, exudes the old days in the countryside. At the same time, here are the most sought-after modern amenities (WiFi, heat pump, dishwasher and charging box for the electric car). If you need quiet days in a soulful place, then Bondehuset in Bandholm is the place.

Tiny house in the orchard

We have spent a long time renovating our little wooden house with upcycled building materials, decorated it with heirlooms and flea finds, and are now ready to have guests visit. The house is located in our orchard, close to nature, forests, good beaches, medieval villages, Fuglsang Art Museum and far from noise - with the exception of our quails and free-range silkie chickens, which may well go crazy once in a while. The house is 24 sqm in size, and also has a loft with enough beds for four people.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. The sunny, light-flooded apartment "Scheunendiele" is located in a converted half-timbered barn with its own garden and sun terrace. Spacious 60 square meters, living room with open, fully equipped kitchen, offer space for 2-4 people. The dining area equipped for up to 4 people is next to the living area with a couch and armchairs and an additional reading corner by the fireplace. The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor, overlooking the beautiful garden.

Welcome to our apartment in Dänschendorf on Fehmarn. Completely renovated in 2022, this apartment in an old captain's house leaves nothing to be desired. On 100 m² you have space for 6 people in 3 bedrooms with double beds. In the evening in front of the fireplace, in the barrel sauna in the garden or on our terrace directly on the lake, you can relax after an eventful day. Starlink satellite Internet provides perfect WiFi. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Apartment for two people

Apartment with private entrance directly on the garden and only 10 minutes from the beach. Private bathroom with shower, small kitchen and living room are available. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are provided once per stay. Tourist tax €2 per day per person to be paid directly on the beach. Bicycle rental for two people possible (no e-bike). Charging station for electric cars available and can be used for a fee.
