Clear in the center with lake view

City centre: One room apt. (studio) on the 6th floor (elevator, don't worry) with big balcony overlooking one of the central lakes. All sights within walking distance. Sleeps two, but only if you love each other – the foldout-futon has been converted to a flat-bed with top mattress due to guests getting back-aches. 140 cm wide. Smoking on the balcony – only – is okay. And no, I don't have any more photos :-) Check-in and check-out at 11 noon unless other arrangements have been made.

Man kan gå til både stranden og lufthavnen på under 15 minutter.

You can enjoy your morning coffee or dinner with a glass of wine on the balcony overlooking a small green city park. Welcome!
