When you stay in this attractive, cozy apartment in a 350-year-old house, all the important places to go are very close by, making it easy to plan your stay. The apartment on the second floor, originally the owner's apartment, is about 60 m² in size. Gently renovated, retaining its old character. There is sleeping accommodation for 5 people. The kitchen is fully equipped. Bathroom with bathtub, washing machine, dryer. There is no parking in front of the house.

Your soul should be well here! Whether as a cheap accommodation after a seminar, course or conference in the city, or as a starting point for relaxing forays through the lovely hills and along the Erzbach and the Aare, here right on the edge of the forest, just a stone's throw from the city center, you are welcome. In the shade of the trees, you have a small terrace during your stay, the separate entrance can be reached via a few steps.

On the 2nd floor of our house (approx. 1920) is a beautiful, large and bright accommodation with 3 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room and 1 1/2 bathrooms, total area approx. 90 m2, for families or small groups. The bus station is 2 minutes away from the house and in 12 minutes you can walk to the old town of Aarau. If you need to do laundry, we are happy to take care of it for an additional fee.

Villa 28 Pond House Cyprinus

The pond house Cyprinus is located in the garden of Villa 28, a city villa in the garden city of Aarau. In 7 minutes you can walk to the train station, in 3 minutes to the neighborhood shop. Dry toilet and wash basin are available in the Cyprinus pond house. Parking zone D/E with parking pay or with parking disc 3 hours free. In Villa 28 you can also book the Magnolia room with en-suite bathroom.
