Fabulous roomy apartment, it had everything that we could possibly need. Everywhere was spotless & the bed was super comfy too! Having two bathrooms was a bonus as was a washing machine. Great walk into town where many historic sites can be found. Would totally recommend this place as Pilar & Lien were very attentive with suggestions & support.

Lovely 2nd floor apartment in a large block overlooking the Med. Well appointed - lovely terrace to sit on and watch the world go by. 5 minute walking distance to the harbour where there are a varied mix of restaurants, bars and clubs. 5 minute walking distance to the Dia supermarket, but it's quite a steep uphill walk. Parking plentiful on the street Beach is clean and is raked every day

la casita salinera de Fran y Eva is an ideal place to enjoy a relaxing and peaceful stay in the Almadraba de Monteleva. The sunrises and sunsets from the porch are breathtaking and the location is unbeatable, surrounded by the best coves of Cabo de Gata and with very good restaurants in the vicinity. We will definitely stay here: 10/10

Very close to the beach, for walking. Quiet area with family atmosphere. The bad stuff, there's not much in town. I recommend the pizzeria

Great view and beautiful, tastefully decorated apartment. Communication and check-in were easy. The apartment has everything you need and there are a few restaurants within walking distance. Parking is easy to find in front of the house. The beds give in with 2 adults in bed over the course of the night, so there is a cow, but this did not detract from a nice holiday in a great accommodation. Recommendation!

absolute gem in Aguadulce. the house was clean and comfortable, felt like home straight away. it had all of the nescessary equipment for the rooms and kitchen included. we didn't have a car but the hill is manageable- takes about 20mins to climb up from cottage centre. the views from the apartment were fabulous and the neighborhood is peaceful. the only downside was that the upstairs room didn't have WiFi working, other than that - everything was great and it's totally worth the money we paid! thabk you Antonio for being so good at communication!

Very dear and friendly host. He gave us many tips. He was also always available. Playa Serena is about 25 minutes away by car and is a very great beach. What you should know about the accommodation is that if you book for two people, you don't get the whole house. 2 bedrooms are then locked and not available. Here, perhaps a note in the listing would be good in the future. The WiFi was not very stable. Raul wants to look into it.

Magical! A very nice cottage in a beautiful place. Lovely terrace with an amazing view. The starry sky and the light of the lighthouse made for an extra beautiful experience.

The truth, the apartment has been a thousand times better than what you see in the photos, the hostess leaves you quite a few useful for the day to day, towels, blankets and all the comforts... Due to the blackout suffered in Spain this Monday, in principle my partner and I would go back to Madrid on Tuesday, however, the train was canceled and Rosa, the hostess had a lot of understanding and let us stay one more night and without paying anything extra... I don't know what we would have done but. In conclusion, it was one of the best places we have been to spend a couple of days and disconnect, the area is very quiet and we had a great time, if I go back to Almeria, I would definitely repeat it on the airbnb itself. Sandra was a very good host. The apartment did not lack a single detail (everything was highly valued) and everything was just as described in the photos. She was flexible with our arrival and departure, and communication was perfect at all times. The apartment is just what we were looking for: a quiet place, one minute from the sea and with a good selection of bars and restaurants in the area. We had a great time, a highly recommended place.

We had a great time with 4 adults and a 2 year old child. Apartment is bigger than it looks in the pictures. Great terrace where you could usually enjoy the sea view protected from the wind. We will be happy to come back.

My husband and I spend 4 days on Javier’s place, it is very good, with parking, less than 100m from the beach, with lots of restaurants, supermarkets, shops and even automatic laundry facilities close. It’s on 2nd floor with a beautiful view of the pool, gardens and sea. Good bed (we didn’t used the sofa bed) and a kitchen with all you need if want to cook, you only has to bring your food. We enjoyed breakfast at the terrace every day, the WiFi is good and strong to stream your favorite shows and movies. The communication with him it’s very good and respond very fast.

A very nice quiet location with lots of greenery. The house is relatively new, super clean and equipped with all the comforts. Even a swimming pool within the complex. The communication with Maria went very smoothly and quickly. A very positive experience and definitely recommended.
