Monthly Rentals in Rosemary Beach

Honestly, we think we have found the best location to stay in the area. I thoroughly found this Airbnb worth its value and more. The amenities, location, decor, and quality of the townhouse was amazing. Super responsive host, and was able to give some very key recommendations.

This location is perfect! Berret Square is only a few minute walk and Alys beach is around 15 minutes walk. The pavilion right out front had plenty of options for food and drink. We loved that there was live music there every night in the evenings and the Sunday farmers market extends into the parking lot from down the road. This was the perfect space for my husband and I. Pool area was clean and we enjoyed the heated pool.

Amy was a wonderful host! She greeted us upon our arrival. She was very attentive to our questions or any needs that arose. We appreciated the beautiful decor that gave us the coziness and comfort of home. All the amenities made our stay evermore enjoyable. The carriage house is centrally located to the beach, restaurants and shops. We enjoyed our walks in the beautiful area of Rosemary/Seacrest/Alys Beach. The sunsets were spectacular against the clear blue water and powder white sand. A true paradise! We really enjoyed our month stay at the lovely carriage house. Tom & Sandy

Great place to stay! Loved how close we were to the beach and the condo facilitates are pristine. Loved going to the pool. Being so close to 30A also made it super easy to walk to seaside. Highly recommend!
