Ausgestattet mit einer Küche samt Waschmaschine, Kaffee Vollautomat, Mikro, Herd, Backrohr, Teekocher und Kühlschrank, ein Wohn-Ess-Zimmer mit einer Schlafcouch und einem Queen Size Bett sowie einem Schlafzimmer mit 2 Boxspringbetten. Der kleine Gemeinschaftsgarten lädt ein, nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag die Seele baumeln zu lassen.

Für NÖ-Card Besitzer, aber auch ohne Card, liegen wir sehr zentral zu diversen Ausflugszielen wie Sonnentor, Arche Noah, Kittenberger Erlebnisgärten uvm. Das Haus lebt, daher sind Geräusche (z.B.: Holzwurm) und Tierbesuch (z.B.: Marienkäfer) möglich.

Our apartment is about 80 m², has 2 bedrooms (each with 1 double bed and 1 single bed), bathroom, toilet, living room, kitchen, a large common room with a Swedish stove (wood for a surcharge) and garden. You have your own entrance, well-equipped kitchen with Dishwasher and fridge. Linens, towels, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, clothes rack, books, Games, satellite TV and radio are provided.

Unser altes, ehemaliges Bauernhaus liegt in Burgschleinitz, einem hübschen Dorf mit mittelalterlicher Wasserburg, romanischer Kirche, gotischem Karner und viel Natur zwischen Wald- und Weinviertel nahe Eggenburg.
