Very quiet and beautifully located apartment. There is a lot of space, the decor is practical and beautiful. Andrea and Margherita are very friendly and helpful. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

Alessandro coordinated before our journey began, met us at the train station and gave us a ride...even carried my wife's suitcase up the stairs! We had a multi-week stay, so we made frequent use of the very well-equipped kitchen and clothes washer -- both excellent! Plenty of kitchen supplies, coffee and tea, and a welcome bottle of prosecco. Five minute walk to a grocery store, bakery, pastry shop, and restaurants. About a 20 minute walk to the heart of the old town. Comfortable beds with plenty of spare bed linens and towels. Lots of room (3 rooms plus bath and kitchen). Two balconies. Nicely decorated with newer high quality cabinets and closets. Clothes iron, hair dryer, air fryer, kettle, Nespresso pod espresso machine, vacuum and cleaning supplies, and helpful tourist literature. We had a wonderful stay!

The view is worth the stay, a comfortable apartment with everything you need. Luca is always super responsive.

The villa is an old, characterful and charming place, full of beautiful decorations and with great views across the valley. It is very spacious: 2 stories, 4 lounges and a marvellous terrazzo (we were able to have breakfast outside every morning of our late December stay) and as a party of 9, we only felt crowded when it came to too many in the kitchen! It was good, being 2 family groups, having the separate but inter-leading flats, both with kitchens, well-equipped for the meals we cooked there. The heating worked very well considering the single glazed windows and doors but the real treat was having the fire places with an endless supply of wood. We made good use of the enormous diningroom table for more than just our Xmas lunch, as it comfortably fit us around it. Piemonte is a fantastic region and the area of Monferrato is delightful. although we did not meet with the owner/manager, communication was easy. We all loved staying here - Rosignano is quiet, lovely to wander around
