House vacation rentals in Royal Pines

This was our fifth year staying at Elevacres. We have so enjoyed each visit. Kevin was, again, a great host. Thank you for everything. We will miss your home as our AVL rental, but can’t argue with you wanting that daily view back. Cheers!

Great place. Easy walk to many mountain biking and hiking trails and easy uber to downtown Asheville

This was a family getaway with our 3 kids, their spouses and 7 grandchildren. Everyone had a great time. The house is very comfortable and spacey. Inside activities were collectively exceptional: air hockey, foosball, ping pong, pool table, large screen TVs. Outside activities were great: swimming pool, fire pit, hot tub and a huge backyard for playing wiffle ball or catch, or soccer, or volleyball practice. Kids that ranged from 2 to 11 always had something to do; many air hockey games and lots of hot tub time. The property management team is one of the best we have experienced. I raised several minor issues after check in and they addressed them immediately. They struck me as truly being committed to guest satisfaction as they were easy to access directly; a rarity in an age of AI based, time wasting, useless response systems; easy to rate this property as 5 star.

Great place! Comfortable, well decorated, well appointed. The pool and hot tub were so enjoyable. The place even has yoga mats. Location both private and bucolic but also close enough to the highway. Highly recommended rental!

We rented this house for the week of Christmas. It was the perfect space for us to spend time together. The view of the lake was great! The house was as described and met all of our needs from the bedding and towels to the kitchen cooking accessories. Would love to rent this in the summer to enjoy more of the outdoor space.

It was cloudy and rainy most of our stay but it didn't matter. The house is so big and very comfortable. The indoor pool was wonderful. (They are very strict about kids not being allowed in the hot tub though.) We were able to use all of the outdoor amenities, too. The house is charming! The kitchen was well stocked. The kids loved the room with the bunk beds and being able to play with the balls on the pool table. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

The house was absolutely amazing and perfect for a family getaway with kids! The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped, with everything we needed to feel at home. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, even allowing us to check out a couple of hours later, which we greatly appreciated. Loved this spot, perfect for solo travelers like myself. Minutes from downtown and easily accessible yet still private. Loved that there was an instruction manual insight with some recommended places to visit! I will be coming back again!

This was the perfect place for us!! We didn't want to stay downtown, but we wanted to be close to everything. Literally less than 10 minutes to everything in Asheville. The house itself was great! Extremely clean! I am very ocd and I felt so comfortable here. And best of all, we were able to bring our new puppy. We loved having the safe and secure back yard for our little guy!!

Nice stay with our pups! Unfortunately the hot water ran out before we could fill up the tub, but it was a cold weekend! Would stay again!

Loved staying at Hannah’s property. Perfect for our group of two couples. Absolutely loved the thoughtful design and decorations. The location is also perfect with new Belgium brewery just steps away and everything in RAD and downtown Asheville just a quick drive away. Hannah and her team were also so quick to respond with any qs and we loved their recommendations from their host recommendations page.

Spacious house with plenty of room for our family of 5. The beds were amazing! Convenient location to Asheville destinations. Molly Rose was a great host.

This place was simple and amazing! Such a gorgeous view - we wanted to sit outside in the rocking chairs all days. Perfect place for a small reunion with children. We would definitely rent again - hosts were super responsive.

1st the AirBnB home - this home is exactly as listed and more. Spacious rooms and super comfortable beds. A well-stocked kitchen and plenty of room for a large group to gather for meals. The lower-level game room was perfect for a rainy day, and toward the end of our stay, boy did it rain... We were there when Hurricane Helene hit and I cannot begin to say enough about our AirBnB hosts, Sam and Laura. We stayed in Thursday as the rain started and by the evening we knew we were in for a major storm. Sam let us know if there were any power outages he would be notified and keep us informed. Friday morning we found 4 large trees down across the drive and no way out. All communication (cell, internet, etc.) was down. Friday evening Sam and Laura made it to the property to check on us. Seeing the damage he said he'd be back in the morning with chainsaws to clear the drive. We cleared the drive and followed them down the mountain to safety. We are forever grateful to our hosts.

This was a great place for our family to spend a week exploring Brevard. 10-15 minutes to downtown and also to hiking and outdoors.

Erin's place is exactly as described - very warm, inviting, beautiful outdoors. Our stay was short, but it was a perfect spot for what we had planned for the long weekend. Erin checked in with us after arriving just to make sure there were no issues - she was kind enough to let us get into the house earlier than normal. There were fresh eggs and butter that was enjoyed for breakfast. She normally makes homemade bread as well but happened to be out of town during our stay - she apologized! Next time we are in Ashville, we will most definitely stay again - and hope to enjoy that bread! Thank you Erin

We had a great stay at Holly’s place. It was clean, well stocked, and felt secluded while still being a short drive from downtown Asheville. Holly was communicative and accommodating.

We booked with Ian last second due to our previous airbnb not being ready and the hot tub was broken… Ian was quick in action to have cleaners get to the house before we finished biltmore, the house was beautiful and very clean, we enjoyed the privacy his house had to offer! This property we stayed at was by far the best house and the cleanest of all properties I have ever stayed at! The property is VERY close to downtown Asheville!! 10/10 recommend booking with this host!!

We had a terrific and only too short stay here - the house is truly charming, comfortable, and perfectly set up, with clear tips and instructions both online and in house. The hosts were super helpful, and Asheville is a pleasant and creative city. We hope to visit again someday!

My mother & I were here during Hurricane Helene. The house is surrounded by trees, we were fortunate none came down & no flooding as the house is higher up the mountain. As visitors with no food/water stores, we were so lucky to meet the incredible neighbors who helped us by sharing their food, water & flashlights-the local bridge washed away and there was no way out. The Airbnb itself was perfect & exactly what we had hoped for. Everything was clean, tidy, & comfortable. We loved the modern decor & enjoyed the 1 night we had power. The porch is beautiful. We saw bears right near the house. Note the driveway is very steep but mom made it up/down by foot slowly tho not the plan. After losing power & water like the rest of the city, Matilda sent a friend over by foot to check on us. We also got to meet her in person as we were being evacuated by ATV (my mother being 80 yrs old) & she gave us water & also refunded days without power and water. Recommend staying when area is restored.

We loved our stay in this mountain retreat! The backyard is so peaceful and yet you are still just 10-15 minutes from downtown Asheville. Calile was also very proactive in communicating and even warned us about approaching dangerous weather. Would definitely stay here again!

Jillian’s home is just a wonderful retreat. So peaceful and full of character. Jillian and Brian were super helpful, even bringing by a little speaker so I could listen to music even though it was not advertised as being part of the home. You could tell she really cares about you having a good experience in her home. The bed is AMAZING. So comfortable. Would happily stay again if I am ever in AVL again.
