We offer a complete apartment for 1-2 persons. The bedroom has one bed for 2 persons and we can add a baby bed if it is wanted. The kitchen is fully equipped. Of course towels and bed linen are included. You have short distances to the fairs of Cologne and Düsseldorf. You can reach this metropols in half an hour with the public transport. Our apartment is in the centre of the small town Haan (30,000 inhabitants). Within three minutes walk you reach various restaurants and shopping opportunities.

You would live in the small village called “Meigen”. It is very close to the city centre of Solingen. The drive to the city centre is about 5 min. with the car and 10 with the bus. You can park your car almost in front of the apartment. The train station „SG-Mitte“ is also very close. By foot you will need around 20 minutes, with the car only 5 minutes. If you want to ride to Düsseldorf or Cologne you can easily take the train (30-40 min.) or your car (same time), perfect for fairgoers.

Our double room "St. Moritz" is about 20 m² and consists of a living and sleeping area with shower/toilet. It is located in the village of Altastenberg, just 4 km from Winterberg and 1 km from the Winterberger ski lift carousel. Ideal starting point for winter hiking or winter sports. You will receive a discount when renting winter sports equipment in our Luas ski rental. Towels and linens are included. Sauerland card included, bus rides for free, no costs on site. Free WiFi.

Our property is located in the center of Schwerte. On foot you can reach the train station in 5 minutes and the Ruhr in 10 minutes. Cafés, bakeries, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance within a few minutes. The Rohrmeisterei is also just a stone's throw from us. Our garden and our route can also be used. If you are traveling by bike, you can safely store it in our yard. Access to your space is self-sufficient.

The accommodation is part of a beautiful, listed farm complex from 1820. The guest suite is located on the first floor of our listed former barn and has a separate side entrance.
