Exam preparations are possible without problems, as it is very quiet with us. Training facilities are nearby: occupational therapy, hearing aid acousticians approx. 5 min., University 15 min. Exhibition grounds approx. 7 min.

Ab Spätherbst gibt es eine exklusive Sauna und kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Welcome to our cosy holiday home! The studio apartment is located on the ground floor of our big family house and has a separate entrance. The bedroom is big and bright with exit to the garden. In the bedroom you´ll find a king-size bed consisting of two single mattresses, a wardrobe, a dresser, a table and two couches. The small kitchen is well equipped for self-supply. Breakfast is optional for an extra charge (5€ p.P.). In the recently renovated bathroom we will provide towels.
