The Historic Proctor-Green House

The Proctor-Green House is a distinctive late-Victorian home, built in 1892 and beautifully restored in 2013. The three-bedroom, 2.5 bath house retains its historical charm and contains all of the modern conveniences that will ensure that your visit will be comfortable. All bathrooms and the kitchen are equipped with modern facilities and appliances. There are three private rooms, each with one queen-sized bed. Two dining areas, a parlor, and beautiful grounds with mature oak trees.

Full Kitchen, with full size refrigerator and stove. Two bathrooms. This cabin is about 100 feet from the Guadalupe River with good fishing and deep water at dock. Canoe and kayaks available.
