"The Lodge" is a wood built studio flat in the village of Fraddon in mid Cornwall, 5 mins from the main trunk road (A30), Fraddon is surrounded by the towns of Newquay, St Austell, Bodmin and the city of Truro, locally there is a good pub in walking distance, there are many takeaways within walking distance, a retail park is a 5 minute drive away where there is a Pub/Mcdonalds, M&S and more, close by is a lovely nature trail locally across the moors if you like a good walk or cycle.

Perfectly situated just a short drive from Cornwall’s stunning beaches, this cozy retreat offers the ideal base for exploring everything the region has to offer. The house features 2 bedrooms (1 king, 1 double), a fully-equipped kitchen and a bright living room. With off street parking, high-speed Wi-Fi and just minutes away from local amenities, this is the perfect spot for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway.

Bijou bolt hole with a sunny south aspect, in family garden, which is ideal for the lone traveller, as it only suitable for one person. Work space ready, if guest is travelling for work reasons. WiFi accessible. No TV. Separate, side gate access. Parking on driveway or on road immediately outside side gate. Close to Porth Beach and Chester Road shopping precinct. There is no carbon monoxide alarm, as no gas connection. There are however, the necessary fire alarms and extinguishers.

Our timber studio is perfect for those looking for a base whilst exploring Cornwall. It’s situated at the bottom of our garden with beautiful rural views yet only a 10min drive from the stunning North Cornish coast and 2mins off the A30. The studio has a fully fitted kitchen with fridge and gas hob, king sized bed and shower room. It has its own central heating so is lovely and snug even in winter! Guests can sit outside on the patio and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Dogs considered.

Indian Queens has good bus links to towns such as Truro,Newquay, Wadebridge, and is the perfect base for exploring Cornwall. Newquay airport is a 15 minute drive.
