Gorgeous Victorian apartment! So spacious and homey with wonderful touches! Wish I could've stayed longer as it was so nice. The bed was so comfortable and the living room had a fire stick which was great. Easy to find street parking so no issues there and it was on the first floor so very handy for us. I definitely recommend this accommodation!

A beautiful place to stay in Belfast. Very clean, heated and very close to everything (shops, parks, restaurants ...) in addition to the hosts, very friendly and provide many facilities. We went a couple of days and we loved it, we would repeat without a doubt!

We booked Maria’s place as a young couple coming to visit Belfast for the weekend. Firstly, Maria kindly let us check in early as we had an early flight to put our bags down which was fantastic. The location in relation to the city centre was great with most things in walking distance. The amenities across the whole stay were fantastic so if you forgot something likelihood was that Maria would have it. Maria responded to messages very quickly. The only thing we would say is that when other guests are moving around the house it can be quite loud. However this would not deter us from booking again with Maria. A five star experience.

Maria’s room was perfect. Great location - only 15 min walk to anywhere you needed to be in Belfast. Would highly recommend and would use again in a heart beat.

Place was lovely and close by to all the tourist attractions! Host was very helpful when replying to any questions I had and replied quickly. Everything was clean and the room was very nice. Only downside is that there are a lot of students that live in the area so there is a bit of noise outside but this wasn’t really an issue as everything else was perfect! Would 100% recommend!!

We really recommend Marias place! It was easy to find, very clean and cool decorated. Everthing you need is there, we even got some snacks and the apartment is comfortably furnished. Nothing bad to say...

This a great wee spot close to the University and only a short distance from the city centre. It represents great value for money, is spotlessly clean, the room was very comfortable and nice hot shower (shared). Maria has put a lot of thought into things and for budget accommodation well worth every penny.

Great space nice and clean, host was very communicative, my only small gripe which isn’t even a huge deal was the extreme lack of water pressure in the shower. But once again not a huge deal or a reason to lose a star because everything else was perfect.

Really such a brilliant stay, beautiful space to relax

This is a truly unusual and atmospheric place to stay in a great location in South Belfast, walking distance of the centre. The bed is one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in! It is an unusual layout, as the description says, with the bath in the upstairs and the WC downstairs, but fine for a couple. The bath is gorgeous (although make sure you put the immersion on in plenty of time to heat the water up). The coach house is furnished with antiques and some beautiful and interesting paintings; it really is a characterful place.

An excellent stay with Susanna and the family. Very comfortable Airbnb with all amenities. The Airbnb is in an excellent location and Susanna is a wonderful host.

Lovely house in one of the nicest parts of Belfast. Good room with excellent en suite. Clean and bright. All we needed was somewhere to crash in the Malone / Lisburn Rd area, so it couldn't have suited us better.

Susannahs home was clean and cosy. I couldn't pick up a constant Wi-Fi connection on my laptop for some reason but not sure if it was the connection or my laptop. It was close to queens university, only a 30 minute walk along Malone road. I was up for college so this was perfect. The family were very polite and accommodating. There seemed plenty to do close by but I had my head in the books and only spent one evening there so I didn't avail of any of this. House was nice and quiet too.

Ruairi & George’s flats are ideally situated in a studenty area. They really made everything in their power so I could have an easy and enjoyable stay. Didn’t get to meet up with them but they sounded super friendly too. I warmly recommend staying there! Thanks and wishing you the best x

George's place was in a great location! All his recommendations on where to go and where to eat were perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. There are some stairs but only two flights. Stairs are quite wide so it made it easy.

Chris even provided a coffee machine. It is relatively close to the city centre and there are food places nearby. If you want to see how belfast best homes looked in Victorian times this is the place. Grandeur untouched, simply cared for. Melanie has provided accommodation with fixtures and fittings from a bygone age. All in their own way each were things of beauty to look at, touch and experience. A lovely place

Was very happy with this stay. The building is old but has been renovated and the apartment was really quite nice. The heating was on when I arrived and the rooms were warm. Everything I needed was provided. There are separate bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen. Tv provided and wifi was fast. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was small but managed fine. Check in was with key locker and had no problem. Parking was on the street, bit of a busy area but short walk to the stay. Overall a pleasant and comfortable stay

Dave’s garden flat was immaculate, Dave was quick in responding to our messages and even reminded us of the weather forecast which was horrendous on the day we book. Thanks Dave! I was not able to meet Dave personally as he was out but he provided us with clear instructions on how to get to his Garden flat. It has basic amenities such as kettle, tea and coffee, and a small fridge with milk ready. The TV was great addition to the room, good thing I brought my hdmi cable which I used to connect the laptop. the wifi in the place was very good manage to stream movies no problem! We only stayed for a night but definitely would recommend the place as it was close enough to takeaway places if you want to order and a few min drive off the city center. Theres also a garage just across the street which is amazing!

Clean and tidy space with good storage and a few toiletries and amenities such as hairdryer, iron and large TV. Dave was polite and prompt in his communication, and the space was warm and felt cosy. No complaints!

Bob and Sharon were quickly communicative and easy to work with. This place is in a fantastic location! We walked and walked to major areas of interest and back to the flat easily. Bob and Sharon’s place is very comfortable and located in one the best area of Belfast, close to Queen’s University. It’s very easy to go to the City Center (plenty of buses or, alternatively, a 20 minutes walk). Good dining and drinking places around the apartment. Perfect reactivity and communication. Melanie was a fabulous host and went above and beyond for our stay. She provided us with privacy but also a helping hand when needed. Melanie has a beautiful way about her and makes you feel welcome instantly. You can see her passion for hosting and meeting new people! The apartment was sparkling and you dont feel like you're in a ' tight squeeze' because of the thought that's gone into the interior. The shower room was sparkling clean, spacious and stylish. The whole time we stayed at Melanie's we came back to the same conversation, ' We will be coming back!'

This sparklingly clean and attractive period house, located within minutes' walk of Queen's University and downtown Belfast, houses a spacious, well-equipped studio apartment. Wonderfully comfortable, warm and welcoming. The room has a small lobby where you can hang your coat and store your suitcase. Note: when you open the door to the bathroom, there is an immediate step down. Melanie is very friendly & accommodating, ensuring you have all you need. Highly recommended.

Set in a quiet residential side street this is a good place to stay. Easy access to all of Belfasts sights and the city centre. The house is warm, clean and has a great kitchen. The beds were very comfy with good pillows. Lisburn Rd is a handy place to be near, there are good restaurants including a vegan one (eat street) and access to town is easy by walking, bus or train. We enjoyed having netflix! Overall a really nice and economical place to stay in Belfast which is a fascinating city.

We stayed at Patrick's for 3 nights and had a wonderful stay despite the unfriendly weather. The house is very close to many establishments along Lisburn Road. Host was very easy to contact and transaction was very smooth. The opening of the front door though would need some expertise.

The house is clean and big enough to enjoy with group of friends. He sent use recommendations of restaurant, bar and how to book the tour etc.. his response is so quick and we had no problem at all in our stay. Thanks to him, we had a great time in Belfast!!

Mel’s place is great! Contains all the essentials. It’s really close to the city center, around £5 for a cab. She has a cab request button in the lobby which summons a nearby cab, which is pretty sweet.

Melanie is a lovely, warm host. Check in was super easy as she was home to let me in and help me get settled. I stayed for 11 days, so I put the shared kitchen space to good use. I was very grateful that there was a small fridge, stove top and oven to use. It was nice not to have to eat out for every meal. Breakfast foods were provided, along with tea and coffee. Melanie was very helpful with suggestions, and even called and scheduled the taxi I needed to pick me up at 5:30 to take me back to the airport. One word of caution. The walls are very thin, so if you have trouble sleeping, I would recommend ear plugs. Once I got over my jet lag, I didn’t really notice if the other people staying on the same floor came in late. Overall, I would highly recommend staying at Melanie’s place.

Larry is very hospitable, generous, amenable and a good chat. His place is just a short walk to good restaurants and bus lines and a Spar just around the corner. The area is quiet, you'll get a good night's sleep. He's got 2 private double bed rooms so you could manageto book a friend in at the same time if you want.

Very Nice located place. Lairy is really friendly and easy going. Location is not to fair from the centre and still in a nice a quiet area. Supermarket is just around the corner and bars and restaurant within walking distance . Highly recommended!

The house is located near the city center, it is very well equipped. Isaak & Marina are responsive, adapting to the needs of the guests. We had a great time there.

Isaak and Marina's place is very neat, super clean and comfortable. The kitchen has all the supplies for cooking, a breakfast, tea and coffee and the living space is nice. The place is a short walk to Belfast's city center (approx. 10 min.) and located in a quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay and totally recommend it!

Sofia's home is a big house, very old and clean and comfortable, we love it. The family is very kind and enthusiastic, and like a cute cat in their own home. We hope to stay there next time and sleep in that comfortable bed.

The only place I will stay in Belfast. This is a beautiful home, with beautiful rooms, and huge comfy, warm beds. It's 10 minutes walk from the University (just long enough to feel like you've gotten some exercise, not long enough to feel long), near some of the best bars and restaurants in this city. They are lovely hosts, very knowledgeable and friendly.

I had room 3 at Arian & Friends' place. The room is very spacious and comfortable. The bed was particularly good. The shared bathroom (one of 3) was clean and always available when I needed it. My hosts were very welcoming and always offered a cup of tea when we bumped into each other. I would definitely use again , particularly as the location is perfect when visiting my daughter who lives at Elms Village.

Mary is an incredible host and very interesting person. My stay in N.I. and Ireland wouldn't have been half as good without her + the other guests were lovely company as well. I stayed for 12 nights and loved being in the kitchen; the AGA is always radiating warmth, it's great to cook on, and Mary's cat likes to hang around and be pet. There is a small fridge to keep groceries in and every cooking appliance you could need, Off the kitchen there is a sitting room full of books, the bathrooms (3 of them, it is a massive house) are all lovely, the garden is welcoming, and I had the best sleeps of my life in the that bed! The neighbourhood might be a little ways from downtown (25-30 minute walk) but it's full of trees, a great place for running, and the nearby cafes, museum, theatre, breakfast spots, book + thrift stores made it an easy place to feel at home.

My stay was last minute and I had nothing with me. I didn't need to worry they had a bases covered. From make up remover wipes, toothbrush n paste, shower gel, deodorant and much much more. Amazing service and excellent accommodation

Great apartment to stay with friends for a couple of days. 3 comfortable bedrooms every with comfortable double bed, fresh bedding and towels provided. Two showers but only one toilet anyway it was not a problem for us only the one cons is that toilet was located on the groundfloor and you have to pass narrow steep stairs from your bedroom to get there. TV with Netflix and very good WIFI internet provided. Definitely recommend this place!

Exactly as I expected!

Cute venue with a fully stocked kitchen and great cozy, stylish rooms. Great mix of feeling at home and feeling on vacation. Jason was kind and prompt with communicating as well!

All the things provided are wonderful for travelling with family or friends. The whole flat is clean and tidy. What is surprised is that many table games are available in living room.We all had a good time in it.

Overall it was a wonderful home, lovely decor and the check in was very easy. The hosts responses were prompt and helpful. However, the heating would turn off after 2 hours which meant we’d come home to a freezing cold house and wake up in the morning very cold. Not sure if this is just European thing though and was solved by just double socking. Also, it was slightly annoying that the only toilet was 3 flights down from my bedroom. Overall however the place felt very homey so I would definitely recommended and stay again.

Great space and had almost everything we needed. House was kept tidy and clean. Only problems we had was moving luggages up the stairwell and there was only one WC which was situated on the ground floor. Apart from that, Jason has been very responsive and checking in to the house was a breeze.

Lovely room - very clean and really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was so simple, check in and check out were so easy. It was quiet and exactly what we were looking for. Not too far from anything, you could walk into the city in 15/20 mins. Would really recommend and would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Bed & Belfast! Great location, very well connected by public transport and only 20 minutes or so walking into city centre. The room was huge and much better than we expected. It was super clean and had a very comfortable bed. Craig was there to warmly welcome us with a big smile when we arrived. Check in and check out was simple and seamless. Would highly recommend staying here on your trip to Belfast! Thanks again.

Nice place. Easy check in. Host quick to respond. Just be aware it’s about a 20 minute walk into the city centre as if the weather isn’t good, you’ll need to get a taxi. Good value for money

Maria’s place is exactly as described. The room is small, but cozy. It was perfect for my boyfriend and I because all we needed was a comfy bed to lay our head on at night. Communication w/ Maria was quick and she was very helpful when we needed. The check in/out process was super easy. We had no complaints!

Tom and Mev are wonderful hosts and I had the loveliest stay with them! Their flat is charming and comfortable, and right next to the University. Mev was also helpful and very friendly. The house was a warm and quiet refuge amidst the bustle of Belfast.
