Meadow View in the village of Lower Penn sits in the South Staffordshire countryside, located in a quiet country lane, with private entrance. Downstairs it has bathroom and shower, and the upstairs annex offers comfortable sleeping with king size bed and lovely views across the meadow. Parking is available right outside. The Greyhound Pub has an excellent menu plus real ales, and is a 5 minute walk away, with many other restaurants with takeaway/delivered food available within a 3 mile radius.

The Grazing Guest House

This is a beautiful, purpose converted guest house with one main bedroom and two small doubles in an upstairs mezzanine. It is beautifully appointed and set in an amazing shared garden with pond and water feature. The property is 0.7 miles from the motorway, with little traffic disturbance. It also has an electric charger for EVs - at a small extra cost. The property is designed with sustainability in mind and boosts IR heating and bamboo floors. Little Elm is set in the heart of the Staffordshire countryside and has a large private and secure enclosed garden with seating. First floor lounge with oak floorboards and uninterrupted country views. Ground floor wet room with slip resistant tiles and Infra red sauna. Large ground floor bedroom with fitted wardrobe. We provide a light breakfast. The kitchen has toaster, kettle ,microwave, 3.8l air fryer, double electric hob and fridge Cooked breakfast by prior arrangement.

Village centre short walk away with pub, supermarket, café and chip shop. Bus stop is at the end of the street giving quick access to the City Centre. Note the size of the bed please (1 x small double) and it has 1 private bathroom, not 1.5!
