Tweed Mill is a newly renovated detached cottage with private Master Spa, combining modern living with original features. Tweed mill dates back to the 1800's. It was originally an outbuilding to the previous Tweed Mill next door. We are located a stones throw from the village where you will find an abundance of amenities pubs. takeaway's and a 5* market hall. We are located less than 10 miles to Carlisle and a short drive to the M6 a gateway to Scotland, the lake district and Northumberland.

The hut has a wood burning stove, bottom sheets and pillows. You can hire sleeping bags from us. There is a compost loo and outside sink but no shower or electricity. The hut is suitable for those arriving by foot or bicycle - there is NO PARKING on the site. Single night stays welcome!

2 Graham Cottage, Talkin, Brampton, North Pennines

Talkin village is a lovely location with a great pub. Our cottage is the perfect base to explore Hadrian's wall, the Lake District, Carlisle and the Pennines. We are lucky enough to have the Beautiful Talkin tarn just on our doorstep. The cottage was formerly the village postoffice, it has been fully renovated to high standard and is the perfect place to relax in front of the log burner after a day exploring the local area.
