Poole Harbour the 3rd largest natural harbour in the world has boat trips & sporting activities. Bournemouth and Poole also offer shops, theatre and cinemas.

The studio is newly built and has its own entrance through the shared Porch and a modern shower room and dinning area. It is equipped with one comfortable double bed and a single foldable standard single bed, which is ideal for a family with three members. if you travel with an infant, please be aware of that I do not have a travel cot. The bus stop is 2-minutes away, taking you to Poole directly within 10 minutes. The co-op and local take-away restaurants are close.

During your stay explore the Dorset coast & forests, eat delicious meals at our local restaurants & pubs, spend a relaxing evening in fully covered hot tub surrounded by festoons lights, or spend the afternoon on a lounger in the garden. The Annexe is a couple minutes walk away from pubs, restaurants, M&S & Tesco & lovely woodland walks.

The property is excellent for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.

Studland - short ferry ride from Sandbanks The area is renowned for water sports and cycling and we have a garage you can store your equipment in if needed. We have a driveway so there is parking available for you if you travel by car. We also live a 5 - 10 minute walk from Poole town centre. No pets 😇
