This is an air-conditioned third floor 625 sq.ft. addition to a 1925 duplex. It was built in 2000, has windows on all sides, and no walls except the bathroom. The property is totally fenced, and includes lovely gardens and a front patio, and is located in a quiet neighborhood very near Macalester College in St. Paul. I think it has everything guests would want except a full kitchen. Fortunately, there are many good restaurants and grocery stores, nearby, especially on Grand Avenue.

Secluded living nestled between both cities. Comfy queen bed, plus daybed sleeps 2 on twins. Fast WiFi. Closest Aribnb to U of MN St. Paul. 10 minutes to either downtown via nearby highway hubs. Definitely a quiet neighborhood not a city vibe. This level is cool year-round ~ 70 degrees. Perfect in summer. NO CLEANING - just leave used towels in the shower.
