Located in Falcon Heights, this space was designed for my parents to use during their returns to Minnesota, and is perfect for a couple needing a place that is convenient to the Twin Cities. A short walk from the Fairgrounds and UMN's St. Paul campus, you also have easy access to all of the Twin Cities. With a 1/2 acre of fenced yard, you can return from your excursion for a little time on the deck before you start again tomorrow.

Secluded living nestled between both cities. Comfy queen adjustable bed, plus daybed sleeps 2 on twins. Closest Aribnb to U of MN St. Paul. 10-15 minutes to either downtown via nearby highway hubs. Definitely a quiet neighborhood not a city vibe. This level is COOL YEAR ROUND ~ 70F, NOT for people who are always cold. Heavenly on hot summer days. NO CLEANING - just leave used towels in the shower before you go. Best for 1 or 2 who prefer a larger space or small family. Private entrance.
