The house, surrounded by a sheltered garden, is located on a sunny slope in the small hamlet of Langackern between meadows and forests. It offers a special atmosphere of nature and modern luxury: bright, spacious, pleasant, with floor-to-ceiling windows and beautiful views of the lovely landscape. Close to the city of Freiburg and at the same time in the middle of the Black Forest, you can enjoy the culture of the lively city and the peace and quiet of the mountains, the forest and the unique nature.

Mettlenhof, also known as Mettlen Farm, is a restored farmhouse in Mettlen, Schopfheim, Baden-Württemberg. Built with traditional craftsmanship and natural materials, it provides a bright, welcoming space for up to 10 guests. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer views of rolling hills, Icelandic horses, and Scottish Blackface sheep. You will stay in a large detached house at the entrance of the beautiful Zastler Valley at the foot of the Feldberg in a 4-star granny apartment. The apartment has a separate entrance. The first bedroom has a double bed (2 x 90 by 200). The second bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200). The bathroom has 2 sinks and a bathtub with shower part. A washing machine and clothes rack are available. For each guest over 12 years of age, we must charge an additional tourist tax of €2.10 per night.

Seppelhof - Refuge for up to 9 people

The Seppelhof is a farm that is over 400 years old, which has been completely renovated and modernized. It is detached outside of Hofsgrund at about 900 m above sea level. The property is therefore wonderfully quiet and idyllically located with a large garden. The farm has a total of 3 spacious, separate living units with a separate entrance, one of which is available to our guests. In addition to the view of nature, the proximity to France and Switzerland offers many sightseeing options.

Lovely place in Dreisamtal

You can spend time with your loved ones at this family-friendly home. The location is unique in the beautiful Dreisamtal, forest and hiking trails right outside the door. The property is ideal for outdoor activities to explore the Black Forest or to take excursions to Freiburg. The property has its own entrance and is located in the souterrain of an EFH. The visitor's tax is still payable on site. This fee is €2.10 per adult per day. In return, you will receive a public transit ticket.

Baking house on the Black Forest farm

The old but newly renovated bakery on the grounds of a 200-year-old Black Forest farm offers relaxation and detoxification from digital everyday life in the middle of nature between chickens, horses and goats close to the beautiful city of Freiburg. The seat under the apple tree and the view of the animals' pastures will let you relax and is an absolute pleasure for individuals or the whole family! By arrangement, the animals can be experienced up close, the horses can even be ridden!

Zastler Vacation Rental

Our house with apartment is about 14 km from Freiburg. We are located at the entrance of the Zastlertal and live here ourselves. The location is very quiet and close to nature. Our place is good for couples, possibly with kids. Maximum 4 people, a double bed 180 x 200 cm² is available, plus a sofa bed in the bedroom and living room. As a starting point, it is very suitable for hiking or mountain biking trips to the Black Forest. The Zastler apartment can be booked for 1 to 4 people.

Das Zimmer ist 27qm gross liegt in einem ökologisch grundsaniertem Kulturdenkmalgeschüztem Schwarzwaldhof aus dem Jahre 1747 Es ist schlicht reizarm hell und gemütlich eingerichtet. Yogamatten und Sitzkissen stehen dir ebenfalls zur Verfügung.

The Alte Tischlerei is an individual apartment (approx. 70 square meters of living space) for nature lovers, individualists, cooking enthusiasts, dog lovers or... It is equipped with a built-in kitchen, 80 cm induction range, convection oven and steam cooker, fridge/freezer and bathroom with very large shower and separate toilet. The area is open plan, so there is no enclosed bedroom. Outside there is a private garden with seating, barbecue and fencing.

You will stay in a small workshop house on the edge of the old town, Wiehre district. Due to the rear house situation, you will live very quietly but still centrally, in the middle of Freiburg. The tram stop and bike station are just 2 minutes away. The infrastructure is extremely good, all important shops are within walking distance.
