This guest house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Ibaraki City. There is a river running right next to it, so you can enjoy nature during your stay. There is a cafe with a hedgehog motif on the ground floor, where you can enjoy delicious coffee and baked goods. You can also take a bus from the bus stop, a 4-minute walk from the guest house, to JR and Hankyu stations, making transportation convenient. There are also delicious bakeries and convenience stores nearby, and a shopping mall is about a 20-minute walk away for you to enjoy shopping. The room has a full kitchen, washing machine, washroom, separate toilet and bathroom, making it suitable for long-term stays. The room is about 9 tatami mats, so it can accommodate up to 5 people. We give guests a welcome drink that can be used at the cafe on the ground floor! (Only for guests staying on the cafe's business days) Enjoy our specialty coffee and tapioca drinks * Business hours: Thursday-Sunday 3 pm - 7 pm (The shop is closed on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and rainy days)

Convenience stores and supermarkets are just around the corner, making it a convenient environment. There are also restaurants within walking distance, making it easy to access. - ⚠️Information⚠️ - Currently, there is redevelopment work in the area in front of JR Senrioka Station, and construction will continue until FY09 near this facility. This place used to be one big guesthouse, but during Covid19, I have stopped running the guesthouse and I moved in with my wife and 2 kids. Still I didn't want to give up so I left the good parts.
