Yet just a 20-minute drive from town in Port Angeles for easy shopping & dining.

(Walking access is only 2 mi away). We are nestled in the middle of the gateway to Olympic National Park, and everything this area has to offer. We are only 10 miles from Port Angeles. And, we know you will enjoy and love your stay, "By the Sea".

Indulge in tranquility at this riverside cabin. Relax by the gas fireplace or cook in the elegant kitchen with a view of the river and mossy trees from the deck. Explore the outdoors on the nearby Discovery Trail (0.08 miles). Visit Sol Duc Hot Springs, Olympic National Park, Lake Crescent, and La Push. Forks and Kalaloch are nearby. Enjoy entertainment on two TVs (1 Blu-ray, 1 Wi-Fi), 50 dvds available, but note there's no dishwasher, and Wi-Fi and cell service may be INTERMITTENT.

Mallard Cove is the best place on Lake Sutherland! Our lake-front and massive deck literally get the very last bit of sun all summer long! Our neighborhood is also full of friendly, easy going people. You should have an amazing time! There is a queen bed in the loft accessible by stairs. Shower and composting toilet. Check-in is anytime after 3pm and check out is at 10am. Smoking outside only.
