4-person waterfront apartment – Jullouville

In Jullouville, on the waterfront, apartment for 4 people located on the first and last floor of a small very quiet residence. It includes an entrance with cupboard, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, separate toilet, two bedrooms. One is equipped with a 140 bed and a large closet, the other with two 90 beds and a dresser. The apartment is also equipped with Wi-Fi. Linens and towels are not included, but can be provided at an extra cost. Cleaning not included.

Located on the beach, the apartment offers an incredible panorama from Cancale to Granville via Pointe du Grouin and the Chausey Islands archipelago! Direct access to the beach. With its 2 bedrooms, it can accommodate from 1 to 6 people (max 4 adults).

Comfortable house 50 m from the sea - 6 people

Between the cliffs of Carolles and the tip of Granville, our house is located in Jullouville, in a very quiet path leading to the sea (50 m). (Ideal for families with kids). We welcome you to a renovated house that can accommodate 6 people with 2 bedrooms and a beautiful south-facing terrace. An ideal holiday location close to the bay of Mont Saint Michel, Granville with its departures to the Chausey Islands, Jersey and Guernsey and 1 hour from Saint-Malo.

Villa Les Coucous has been renovated since 2018. The ground floor is being extended, a wooden terrace has been added to complete it and allows you to rest in peace! We kept as many original elements as possible while providing the expected comfort: cement tiles, bedroom sinks, most of the period furniture. We chose not to include a cleaning fee in the rate. You can do so at the end of your stay, or opt for the cleaning option, to be paid on site (€90)!

Located on the 2nd floor (with elevator) of this quiet and peaceful private residence, this accommodation can accommodate a person with a physical disability. Close to downtown Jullouville without being too close, you won't be disturbed by noise. In addition, this residence is private and direct access to the sea is exclusively private. About 2 min walk to the beach.

Vacation home, equipped and decorated like home, with all the comforts expected for a good vacation. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it ideally accommodates 9 people (10 possible in an extra bed for 1 child). The enclosed garden and terrace will allow you to rest and have fun. 7 minutes' walk to the beach, Jullouville city center and all shops.

Chez Hélène - Gîtes en baie offers "la petite corbière": Charming stone house nestled in the grove of the Jullouville hinterland, 3 km from the sea in a green and quiet environment. The house consists of a living room with fireplace and stove, an equipped kitchen, two adjoining bedrooms and a shower room.
