  • Terrific and well equipped. Very detailed instructions for checking in. Has a fire and there was wood left for us which quickly makes the place so cosy and homely :-) Nicely decorated, comfortable bed, good shower. Lovely quiet area, close enough to town but you only hear nature and breathe fresh air! Highly recommended.

  • We had a very relaxing weekend in Ian-Elaine's picturesque and cosy cottage. They were very accommodating regarding our dog and had the fire lit awaiting our arrival. The later checkout at 11.00 was also much appreciated. Just to be aware the nearest shop is 8min drive, so if you want to settle in right away be organised and bring all the essentials with you i.e. peat for the fire, milk, shower gel, etc. Would definitely recommend for a short getaway.

    Alan2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • My partner and I had a lovely time in this very cosy cottage. The fire and underfloor heating meant it stayed wonderfully warm even on a wet stormy weekend in February. Ian’s welcome was great and helped us settle in on arrival. Ideal location to explore Enniskillen and around Fermanagh & Cavan. Highly recommended!

    Damien2020-02-10T00:00:00Z
  • Beautiful cottage. Perfect for our winter break. So cosy with the underfloor heating and stove which Ian kindly had lit for us on arrival. Super hosts, Elaine had even baked some goodies and they had went to the bother of putting a Christmas tree up. The cottage was absolutely spotless. Even the baby’s high chair was gleaming and I’m usually fussy about using others! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

If you are looking for a country retreat full of character and charm Tattymorris Cottage is it! Having built the cottage and spent many happy years here, myself and my wife have decided to see some more of the world and would love to have guests enjoy our retreat as much as we do.
  • The photos don't do this place justice! From the minute we arrived we were made to feel so welcome by Michelle who is such a genuine lovely warm lady. The hospitality provided by her and Stephen was second to none and the thoughtful touches like setting the table, leaving essentials like bread and milk, having the fire lit and leaving teddy bears out for our young daughter was very much appreciated. The cottage itself is absolutely stunning and had everything and more we could have needed for our stay. The open fire was so cosy and relaxing and really added to the traditional atmosphere. Having no wifi was brilliant for us as a family and really made us reconnect. We would highly recommend this and cannot wait to get back. Thank you so much Stephen and Michelle you are both superstars!

    Danielle2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • This place is great to escape & unwind. Homely, warm, far from stresses- it's a great getaway. Stephen -the host- & his wife are exceptionally kind, thoughtful & welcoming - doing everything they can to help you feel at home. Lots of extra touches & little gestures. It is their home which is why it's so easy to relax there. I was a little surprised that there was no WiFi ( my fault, I didn't read the full description of the property) but it's due to poor signal at the location. And in fact , there is a spot in the house where my phone worked fine. In fact it was good for me not to be on social media & helped me switch off. Comfy beds, cute kitchen, in no way stuffy or pretentious, just a country ' Irish feeling' cottage full of character, tastefully decorated. A very pleasant stay , good energy, good people. Thank you.

    Joan2019-12-26T00:00:00Z
  • Had a great time at the cottage once again. Perfect place to relax and put my feet up.

    Philip2019-11-03T00:00:00Z
  • The cottage is so cosy and relaxing and arriving to a roaring fire and the table set for dinner are just some of the touches which set this place way above expectations. Stephen and Michelle are so friendly and welcoming and their thoughtful touches are apparent everywhere in this beautiful cottage. Don’t hesitate to stay here if you are in the area. Thank you!!!

    Julie2019-10-26T00:00:00Z
  • Amazing hospitality and beautiful/clean space!!

    Maeve2019-10-21T00:00:00Z
  • Stephen and Michelle are very lovely and friendly hosts. Everything was so uncomplicated and they welcomed me warmly. The fireplace was prepared for the evening and the table was already set. Bread, milk, tea, coffee, fruits, eggs.. everything was there for a delicious breakfast. Their house is well equipped and full of little and lovely details. You won’t miss a thing.

    Jule2019-10-16T00:00:00Z
  • It doesn’t matter where you are in Ireland (or Northern Ireland). If you’re on the island, do yourself a favour and stay at Stephen and Michelle’s place! The cottage is gorgeous and homey. It’s located just outside Clones, which is a friendly little bastion of Irish hospitality. My biggest regret from my trip to Ireland is that I couldn’t stay more than one night at this place. I hope to be back someday!

    Michelle2019-10-14T00:00:00Z
  • Would highly recommend this place. The hosts were great, really went above and beyond. Lovely part of the world if your trying to get away from it for the weekend. Lots of national trust and lovely walking trails nearby. Thanks for a wonderful weekend.

Lxurious spacious modern 3 bedroom cottage(holiday home)with panoramic views of Lough Erne with access to a private jetty renowned for its superb course fishing and boating (boat hire available upon request) Prime location for relaxing getaways, a quiet and peaceful setting with uninterrupted Lough views yet only 5 minutes away from Lisnaskea and 20 minutes from Ennislillen. ️Award winning ‘Watermill Restaurant’ only two minute walk away, and the share discovery village 5 minutes drive.
  • Great communication

    Adam2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • 50 Kilmore Quay is a lovely and spacious accommodation with a lovely cottage feel. The living, dining and kitchen area is arranged so that the whole space flows beautifully. The heating is effective giving the rooms a cosy feel despite all floors being either tiled or laminate. The hard floors meant that there was no stress when arriving home with wet shoes as a quick mop meant that everything remained neat and clean. There is wi-fi which is adequate but not super fast but perhaps that’s an advantage by forcing us off electronic devices so we can appreciate more fully the natural delights of the fantastic Lough Erne area. The cottage is set in a little cul-de-sac of similar cottages. The award winning Watermill Restaurant is a close neighbour being only 2 minutes walk away.

    Norah2019-09-05T00:00:00Z
  • Fantastic spacious home, had everything we needed and close to a jetty for those making use of their boat. Quiet and relaxing spot . Great host.

    Victoria2019-08-15T00:00:00Z
  • We stayed in Rachels place in August 2019, a family with four teenagers. The house was perfect. Plenty of room, sparkling clean will all amenities provided. Within five mins there is the Share activity center - with plenty of land and water based activities, the nearest village is a five min drive. The Watermill restaurant two minutes walk away on site is a lovely plus, as are the beautiful peaceful surroundings. • Beautiful house, spotlessly clean with everything you could need and in a beautiful area beside the lough.

  • Great accommodation excellent house? Everything available lovely area and scenery out the world. Restaurant The Watermill Lodge had a lovely meal. Will return . Will be a lovely family getogher in your accommodation in the future.

  • 50 Kilmore Quay was a great place to spend a few days in Fermanagh. The house is spacious and well very  appointed and in a beautiful location close to the lough shore. The Watermill Restaurant on its doorstep was a big plus. It looks like it belongs in Hobbition! I think its earlybird menu was very good value. Seek out the short waterside path that leads from the cottage to the restaurant and Kilmore Quay. The cottage was a good base for visiting Enniskillen and Castle Coole and especially the Crom Estate which was great place to be on a beautiful sunny  day. I also strayed over the Irish border to visit the Cavan Burren Park. A short (uphill) walk from the car park there will take you to a memorable panoramic viewpoint over the surrounding country. I would certainly be happy to return to Kilmore Quay as a base for furher exploration of Co. Fermanagh. Thank you, Rachel :-)

There is a modern main bathroom with large bath & shower & another en-suite with large shower. Additional toilet is available downstairs. Laundry facilities are available in separate utility room. The whole house is for the use of guests. Please enjoy the property and treat it with respect as you would your own home.
This house is set in private land in a peaceful setting. Excellent views of the countryside will make you feel relaxed instantly. My nearest neighbours are 100 meters away. They enjoy the peace and quiet too, please respect that. It is 2 miles to the nearest town, (Lisnaskea),where you will find all amenities, shops, pubs, chip shops, restaurants, leisure centre. The larger town of Enniskillen is situated only 11 miles away and has a shopping centre and cinema. The whole county of Fermanagh is set against the stunning backdrop of mountains and lakes. This property is no different with a river situated at the bottom of the garden/field. I am looking into getting fishing permits so any avid fishermen can enjoy this pastime in excellent settings.
  • Shaun was a fantastic host. He replied very quick to every message we sent. The house was immaculate, very modern and spacious and the beds were so comfortable. • Had a lovely relaxed chilled out time with a beautiful modern house with plenty of space bigger than the pictures show! Great quick communication with Michael our host too. Thanks so much

    Andrew2020-02-19T00:00:00Z
  • It is as picturesque as the photos suggest with a magnificent night sky on the doorstep

    Cathy2019-12-30T00:00:00Z
  • The property location is lovely. Both days were sunny, and we have some stunning pictures of the sunsets over the water. The house itself is lovely, modern, the stove makes it even more cosy... The beds are very comfortable and the house has all the cutlery/crockery/equipment you may need. The location is great too. We went to visit the Crom castle park/grounds which are within the walking distance. Overall it was a very good experience.

    Veronika2019-12-01T00:00:00Z
  • The location of the house is just stunning. Right on Lough Erne with amazing views of the river. The weather was kind to us for November and we were lucky enough to enjoy several beautiful early evening sunsets right over the lough then light the firepit and sit on the patio watching the stars. We only used the downstairs space but the house is huge and would be perfect for a large family or two families travelling together. Michael responded very quickly to any questions and sent more than ample instructions about check in, alarms, etc. Newtownbutler is only a short drive away and has a great supermarket and a few miles further takes you to Lisnaskea where we enjoyed a couple of delicious lunches in the Cherrytree Bakery and Cafe with lovely staff. In fact we both noticed that the people of County Fermanagh are extremely friendly altogether.

This beautiful holiday home, just 15 minutes from Enniskillen is situated 1 mile from Upper Lough Erne and 1.5 miles from Derrylin village. The property is close to all of the wonderful attractions that Fermanagh has to offer including, Cuilcagh mountain, Marble Arch caves, 3 Castles, Lough Erne Golf Resort etc.. The house is situated on our farm, with stunning country views all around. You can also enjoy the cows and sheep. The house is very cosy, modern and welcoming, a real home from home.
The barn has an old, unusual exterior, but has a substantial, modern, welcoming interior. It has a kitchen, living room/dining area, 2 good sized bed rooms and 2 shower rooms. The living room has a wood burning stove and sticks can be provided from our farm. The barn has a very cosy, welcoming feel - a real home from home!!
You will have a view of neighbouring houses but all a very comfortable distance away so guest privacy is at maximum. The barn is less than 1 mile from the main Dublin to Enniskillen road so it is very accessible and easy to find. The barn is very unique, peaceful and quirky, giving guests a real opportunity to get away from the hustle and bustle of every day life, yet you are only a very short distance from everything that Fermanagh Tourism has to offer you (all within approximately 13 miles).
  • We have had a wonderful few days of a break in this lovely holiday home. It is in a great location - quiet & peaceful with beautiful views & yet close to the tourist attractions in Co Fermanagh. Claire is a super host - extremely friendly & helpful - ensuring that everything is perfect for her guests. The house itself is excellent - comfortable seating, good sized bedrooms, excellent kitchen, cosy wood burning stove for colder evenings - and everything is spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in a beautiful part of N Ireland. We will definitely return!

Greenbank is a tranquil place with purpose created meditation facilities, a large willow labyrinth, an ancient well in a secluded grove with seating, 5 acres of landscaped grounds, walkways and a walled garden with a proliferation of flowers and herbs. It is within easy walking distance of Clones town centre and an early High Cross, ruins of an ancient Abbey, an impressive round tower and the sarcophagus of St Tiernach. Ideally located to explore the counties of Monaghan, Cavan and Fermanagh.
Large country home with extensive peaceful grounds for rest and relaxation. There are a number of lesser known ancient Celtic sites within a short drive and a number of parks, lakes, rivers, forests. We are very willing to host and transport guests for a few days who would like to explore these sites, such as the historic island of Devenish, the 'navel' of Ireland at Uisneach near Mullingar and the ancient site near Armagh: Emain Macha. Outdoor nearby amenities include some Ireland's best coarse fishing, shooting, excellent 18 hole golf course, orienteering and a state of the art leisure centre with running track, gym and playing fields.
Clones borders three counties, Monaghan, Cavan and Fermanagh. Northern Ireland surrounds Clones on 3 sides. The N54 passes the house (at the end of a tree-lined drive) and provides good access to all parts of Ireland. Dublin and Belfast are less than 2 hours drive away by M1 or M3 motorways. More scenic National routes (e.g. A3/N2) will take a little longer but much more rewarding scenically! Dublin and Belfast airports are approx a 90 minute drive from Clones.
  • Hannah and Anthony are very nice hosts with whom you can chat and have great tips. The breakfast is excellent, the accommodation within walking distance to clones. We were most impressed by the wonderful, wild garden. You can have a good time in Clones.

  • Me & my Fiance Kev have just returned from a 3 night stay at this wonderful place. The location was perfect as it was close to the Town. The accommodation is in a quiet location set in beautiful grounds. The hosts Anthony & Hannah were 2 of life's gems who couldn't do enough for us during our stay. They were so warm, friendly & accommodating. We will be booking to stay here again next time we're in Clones. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking to book. • As a woman and mother who travels with a small child, I have never chosen a shared accommodation before this. My family is from Clones though, so we wanted to stay close without being in a hotel. This stay *surpassed* our expectations in so many ways that it’s hard to know where to start. It was like staying with family in all the best ways (with none of the worst, and if that family refused to let you lift a finger to help!). Tony and Hannah have two rooms available, and we stayed in the one with a queen bed and single bed which was perfect for our family of 3. The bathroom was the next door down in the hallway, and we had it totally to ourselves. It was gigantic and lovely, and we would definitely have availed ourselves of the luxurious bath had we had more time in Clones. I can’t tell you how comfortable the beds are because we all slept so well and soundly that I don’t remember. ;-) Even our 4 year old slept so late we had to wake him in the mornings! Speaking of mornings, we had the loveliest of breakfasts every morning with Tony (Hannah was away during our visit). He gave us the option of cooked or continental breakfasts and prepared such a feast for us that we didn’t have lunch a single day we were there. We had wonderful conversations, lots of laughter, and our shy 4-year-old took to Tony as if he was his own grandfather (an exceedingly rare occurrence!) We didn’t get to explore the beautiful grounds/ labyrinth or meet Hannah, so we will simply have to book another stay next time we come back. In the meantime, treat yourself to a stay with one of the most welcoming hosts you could ever meet.

  • Living in Greenbank at Tony and Hannahs house was amazing. They were extremely helpful to us from the very beginning. Very nice accommodations and a lovely atmosphere. As promised we also got a proper and delightful breakfast every morning. Would recommend anyone who are coming to Clones to stay here without blinking an eye. Lovely, lovely Bon voyage!

    Henrik2019-10-27T00:00:00Z
  • Annah and Tony are great people. Thank you for renting me a room. Thank you for delicious dinners. The room was big and warm. The house is out from the road (no vehicle noise). WiFi fine. There was access to the kitchen at any time I wanted. Do recommend!

  • You can’t get any more homey than here! The place itself it’s a special oasis with views and all! Very quiet and lovely to be in. They had breakfast and talked with us every morning about life and took us to their mediation room and overall one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Would recommend anyone to stay here.

  • This was a fantastic stay. The house is top: new, perfectly proper, nicely furnished and with appliances of top quality too. It very conveniently located, with a great view from the top on a hill, but close to town (we always walked to Lisnaskea town center). We rented just a room with a bathroom, but we could use a kitchen, another bathroom with shower and a living room. There is a very nice patio. We did not use it, but we were offered to. Brendan is a wonderful host, extremely helpful and discrete. He helped us from the beginning to the end, arranging transportation for us and driving us to a nearby location at the end of our stay. At our arrival, we have been welcomed with tea, coffee, and juice. Fruit and cakes were at our disposal too. The breakfast was perfect. We felt perfectly comfortable, like at home. We did not plan ahead a longer stay in Lisnaskea and we stayed at Brendan’s house just one day (he even allowed to stay a bit longer to match the arrival time in our next destination). We would have loved to stay longer, and we will surely come back. We highly recommend it.
